Hector Accused The Influencer Of Being Under The Influence During The Attacks

Chyna's ex claimed she would carry out her violent behavior when she was drinking or using hard drugs. The star would then allegedly attempt to strangle Hector and use household objects, including wires, furniture, cell phones, and kitchen utensils, as weapons.

He also referenced her baby daddy and former boyfriend, Kardashian, in the petition. Hector noted that Rob and other Kardashians earlier testified in court that Chyna "has a propensity for verbal abuse and extreme physical violence toward her domestic partners and others, primarily when she consumes alcohol."

Hector's Attorney Feels His Story Would Help People Speak Up About Domestic Violence

Hector's lawyer, Kirk Edward Schenk, noted that "It is a shocking experience for any man to go through- being attacked by a female aggressor in a domestic violence context and knowing they cannot fight back or even defend themselves for fear of being mislabeled falsely the de factor aggressor."

Schenk continued that every day in America, men suffer severe injuries from domestic violence by women, but "many lack the courage to come forward and protect their legal rights.'

He shared that Hector is "willing to stand up and seek protection under California's Domestic Violence Protection Act- which applies to all genders," as he expressed his hopes that other non-female victims of domestic violent crime will feel free to do the same.

The star had one less ex-lover to deal with last December when she and Tyga were granted joint legal and physical custody of their 11-year-old son as long as they fulfill some important conditions.

The Blast reported that the court ordered that their son Cairo remain a resident in the United States, with no parent having the power to change his country of residence without consent from the other party.

They were also ordered to exchange and share information and the right to make important decisions about the well-being of their son.

Chyna and Tyga will also have joint access to all their son's medical records and must consult the other parent before making a decision on serious or non-emergency health issues.

The former couple were also ordered to speak to each other respectfully in their "child's presence or within hearing distance of the child."

Chyna and Tyga also agreed to continue with the former schedule of spending time with Cairo, which meant Chyna would have him over "every weekend from Friday after school or 10:00 a.m. if there is no school until Monday drop off at school or 12:00 p.m. if there is no school."

Tyga will still spend the most time with Cairo and communicate with Chyna through the "Our Family Wizard" online program designed to help former couples communicate effectively.
