Ana de Armas Beauty Routine Is Getting A Lot Of Buzz!

‘Beauty’ they always say, is in the eyes of the beholder. When it comes to Ana de Armas, there are millions of beholders all over the globe.

The Cuban-Spanish actress has a captivating beauty that does not go unnoticed whenever she walks into a room full of people.

Take for example, last year’s Golden Globe Awards ceremony, when she made an appearance on the red carpet. This moment was followed by an outburst by social media users.

Born as Ana Celia de Armas in Havana, Cuba on April 30, 1988. Her father, had several administrative jobs, and mother, was an HR personnel at the Ministry of Education. 

Armas was raised in Santa Cruz del Notre with her older brother, Javier.

Despite living in a small city plagued by food shortage, little or no electricity and no extensive technology, the actress said that her childhood was filled with happiness.

Although she grew up with a lot of limitations, Armas soon found her love for acting and stuck with it. 

Armas began her acting journey in a 2006 romantic drama titled “Una Rosa de Francis,” alongside Álex González. The following year, the 32-year-old landed two gigs, one of which took her on a trip to Spain for a promotional tour.

At age 18, she decided to live in Madrid, Spain, where she found many acting opportunities. A few years later, she moved to New York City for the sole purpose of learning English language. 

After going back and forth for years, Armas decided to re-start her acting career in Hollywood. She moved to Los Angeles in 2014 to brush up on her English for a few months.

Whenever Armas appears on TV, even when she takes up a role where she has no make-up on, there’s always a distinct with her facial appearance.

Many call this natural beauty, but what makes an actress, who has in a way lived a hard life, stay so captivating?

According to the “Blade Runner 2049,” actress, her Cuban-upbringing entailed a simple daily beauty routine to keep her fresh and beautiful the entire day.

She disclosed during a recent interview that while she was growing up, natural beauty was a norm. She was taught to “wash her face, brush her hair and stay out of the sun.” Although she didn’t have much to go on with, she always kept up with this routine. 

Coupled with her knowledge of skin-preservation and care, Armas became the obvious choice for a beauty brand called La Mer.

She partnered with this skin-care brand, which gave her access to incredible products to maintain her radiant skin color and texture.

She revealed that a compulsory three-step routine is the secret to her flawless beauty. These include; the treatment lotion, the concentrate, and the moisturizing soft cream. She also mentioned that she uses SPF 50 by La Mer, which makes her skin shimmery.
