Singer Lana Del Rey reportedly obtained a marriage license, signaling an upcoming wedding with her boyfriend, Jeremy Dufrene.

According to reports, The "Video Games" singer, 39, and Dufrene were seen at the Lafourche Parish Clerk of Court obtaining a marriage license on Monday, September 23rd.

It's been reported that the duo began dating in August of last year.

As previously reported by The Blast, the "Say Yes To Heaven" kept her singer identity under wraps from her new beau. Dufrene is an alligator tour guide, and the pair met back in 2019.

The couple were in attendance for Karen Elson's New York City nuptials, as well as spotted last August hand-in-hand at the Reading and Leeds festival, according to TMZ.

The Couple's License Has Yet To Be Filed

The publication also reports the couple's alleged license has "yet to be returned and recorded in the records." Del Rey and Dufrene have 30 days to file said license, per People.

The duo have been coy but public with their relationship, reportedly going "Instagram official" earlier this Spring. Del Rey called her rumored boyfriend "my guy" in an Instagram photo, the publication also reports.

The couple have come a long way from their beginnings. As The Blast previously reported, the "Ultraviolence" singer enjoyed the fact that Duprene allegedly did not know who she was. Del Rey found it "refreshing" and took her time in revealing her identity to Dufrene, according to previous reports on the relationship.

The could-be-spouses-to-be have had a few years to get cozy with one another!

The pair "kept in touch" following a 2019 trip that the "A&W" songstress took down south in 2019. About their relationship, an insider recalled, "She wanted to go on a boat tour because it's a big thing in Louisiana, but she never expected to fall for a gator boat captain."

Del Rey and Dufrene reportedly "kept in touch" after their initial meeting.

The "Margaret" singer slowly introduced her relationship with Dufrene to the public as she posted several snapshots on social media!

As previously reported by The Blast, a photo of Dufrene was posted to her feed, featuring her future man kissing an alligator. He was also in a pic alongside several of the singer's friends. During a performance at Hangout Fest in May, the duo both found themselves single, and Dufrene reportedly asked Del Rey out on a date.

The same insider added, "He saw his golden opportunity and asked her out and they have been together since. She loves older men..."

Lana Del Rey's Friends Were Said To Not Be Fond Of Romance

The idea of a friend group disliking a pal's new man apparently happens to celebrities as well!

Del Rey's pals allegedly feared the singer was being "used" by her new beau. To make sure their girl was super safe, Del Rey's friends allegedly "did some digging" on her guy to make sure Dufrene was one of the good ones.

"Her friends and team did some digging on him over fears he could be using her, but his business is lucrative and he doesn't need or want Lana's money," the insider reported. "They can see he treats her right and he is very, very low maintenance. He gives her what she is seeking in a man and is romantic."

Del Rey was previously involved with rapper G-Eazy. In addition to G-Eazy, the singer was also said to be linked to reality TV star Sean Larkin, who was also a cop.

The "Happiness Is A Butterfly" singer sparked engagement rumors with singer-songwriter Barrie-James O'Neill in 2013 after the pair began dating two years earlier. Del Rey donned a big sparkler on her ring finger, but their romance was finished the next year, which was the same year Del Rey released her best-selling LP "Ultraviolence."

Del Rey collaborated with Quavo on the track, "Tough" earlier this year.
