Update! Gigi Hadid & Zayn Malik Still Going Strong

Becoming parents changes a couple's life and impacts their relationship. However, Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik are proving that they're still going strong. The couple welcomed a daughter named Khai in September 2020. Although, their days are now filled with diapers and feedings, Hadid and Malik manage to find alone time together.

This past weekend, the couple gathered with family and friends in New York to celebrate Hadid's 26th birthday. Hadid and Malik were very lovey dovey during the party, and paparazzi captured pictures of the couple's PDA.

As part of the birthday festivities, the couple had a Gorilla Cheese food truck cater the event. The staff served a variety of grilled cheese sandwiches to guests. At one point, Hadid and Malik made their way outside to grab a bite to eat.

Cameras captured the pair along with guests as they waited for their orders. Malik was dressed in black jeans and a blue and white jacket. Meanwhile, Hadid dressed stylishly in a jumpsuit. The two were very affectionate as they held hands, and Malik couldn't resist copping a feel of his girlfriend's butt.

Gigi's birthday celebration was filled with lots of guests. On hand to celebrate the model's big day was her younger sister Bella Hadid. Gigi's mother Yolanda Hadid was also there and brought along her boyfriend Joseph Jingoli. At one point, Yolanda and Joseph snuck in a kiss as they waited for their food.

Gigi's friend Blake Lively couldn't be there for the festivities, but she did send a funny greeting to the birthday girl. On Friday, Lively posted an Instagram story of her, Ryan Reynolds, and Gigi at a Taylor Swift concert. Lively tagged her friend, wishing her a happy birthday and joked that her friend was "super hot and no fun at all." Lively, then had some fun at Reynolds expense by joking that she and Gigi would make a better couple.

Ever since they became an item in 2015, Hadid and Malik have become one of Hollywood's hottest, young couples. The model and the former One Direction member made waves wherever they went. Aside from sharing pictures on social media, the couple was also photographed for a 2017 "Vogue" cover and a Versace campaign.

2020 would be a big year for the couple when Hadid announced her pregnancy during an appearance on "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon." In September of that year, Hadid gave  birth to their daughter Khai. Like most celebrity parents, Hadid and Malik are being private when it comes to their daughter. However, Hadid is known to share rare glimpses of Khai. 

After welcoming their daughter, many wonder if a wedding would be the next step in Hadid and Malik's relationship. Last month, speculation ran rampant after Malik's friend, singer Ingrid Michaelson seemed to imply that Zayn and Gigi were married. Michaelson cleared up the rumors and said that Zayn wasn't married.

As for if a wedding is in Malik and Hadid's future. Well, the couple doesn't seem to be in any rush. According to reports, the couple is happy with the way things are, and feel no need to get married anytime soon.
