Meghan Markle is under more scrutiny for her management style as another former staffer describes her as someone who could be a "demon" when things aren't going her way.

The fresh allegations come after employees of the Sussexes described them as "kind" and "caring" bosses following The Hollywood Reporter's scathing exposé.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have also had to deal with scrutiny due to an exodus of staff members, including a recently employed Chief of Staff, Josh Kettler, who only stayed in the role for three months.

Another of Meghan's former staff has come forward to reaffirm previous allegations that she doesn't always treat her workers well.

According to The Daily Beast, a former courtier who worked with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex at the palace claimed that Meghan often made people "feel like sh-t" in person and over the phone.

However, they noted that the former actress's circumstances at the time were rough and that it may have contributed to her allegedly scary moments.

"There have been plenty of difficult royals over the years, and I do think that after the ill-feeling of Megxit, Meghan's bad moments were amplified and distorted and blown out of proportion," the courtier admitted.

The source went on to compare some bad behaviors by other royals, claiming that Princess Margaret, for example, would often get people to "hold out their hands to use as ashtrays," which they laughed off as "hilarious eccentricity."

"That said, there definitely were bad, very bad, even psycho moments," the insider added. "I witnessed people being chewed up in person and over the phone and made to feel like sh-t."

They continued, "But it was an incredibly fraught time, and I'm inclined to give her the benefit of the doubt. She has said herself she was suicidal at times."

According to the news outlet, another aide who previously worked for Harry and Meghan described the former "Suits" actress as a "classic narcissist" who can become a "demon" when things go south for her.

"I always thought she was a classic narcissist and getting her staff to tell a magazine how amazing she is only confirms that in my mind," the source noted. "She is lovely when it is all going her way but a demon when the worm turns."

A third ex-aide recounted an incident in which a florist was "screamed at down the phone" for about 30 minutes because they posted an incident online but didn't share that she was the client they were working for.

"They vowed never to work with her again, despite the prestige of having her as a client. If you were working for her, you were often treated like a tradesman who could be treated like sh-t," the source alleged.

The new allegations came after staff of the Sussexes gave them glowing reviews for being great bosses.

Ashley Hansen, who is Harry and Meghan's current global press secretary, shared a personal story of Harry and Meghan's kindness, noting that they treated her with "the kind of concern and care a parent would express if it were their own child."

"Meghan would personally reach out to my husband daily to make sure that we both were OK and had support," she shared (via the Daily Mail). "It meant so much to him and even more to me. You don't realize how much that kind of kindness and thought means until you need it."

Another anonymous insider emphasized the couple's commitment to nurturing their team, explaining that the duke and duchess "water the seeds" to help their employees grow.

Harry, for example, is known to ask staff about their weekends during Zoom calls, and the team regularly plans activities such as karaoke nights and holiday parties.

A current employee highlighted Meghan's generosity and thoughtfulness regarding the care she shows to her staff.

They said, "Meghan will do things like, 'You mentioned on the call your skin is bothering you; I put together a kit for you.'"

It was also revealed that no one leaves the couple's Montecito home empty-handed, with a current employee noting: "Whenever staff goes to their house, they leave with a basket with fresh flowers, fresh fruit, fresh eggs."

Another current employee summed it up, calling Harry and Meghan "the best bosses I've ever had."

Maer Roshan, co-editor of The Hollywood Reporter, recently shared that their article alleging that Meghan often ignores advice and is a "dictator in high heels" was sourced from an individual still closely involved with the couple.

While speaking to Access Hollywood amid criticism from Sussex representatives, who dismissed the accusations as "fabricated," Roshan said, "Our reporter talked to a very high-up source who works for the couple, who said, 'Everyone is terrified of Meghan.'"

The senior journalist also suggested that the palace may have constructed the narrative portraying Meghan as "difficult" following the couple's departure, hinting that the "Duchess Difficult" label might be exaggerated.

Roshan explained, "Duchess Difficult is a nickname that has trailed Meghan Markle for quite a few years. What is new is that this notion, since coming to America, that a lot of these rumors were manufactured by the palace and the reporting that we did suggests that probably isn't true, and there is still this undercurrent of fear."
