Recently, model Hailey Bieber shared that she adores when her skin looks like a “glazed donut” and now she is revealing her almost $500 skincare routine that helps her achieve that look. Bieber consistently shares skincare tips on her social media platforms and even started a lifestyle YouTube channel when she spills all the details on her obsession with skin, especially during quarantine. She dishes on some new tricks she learned while she has been hunkering down and apparently, consistency is key.
It's A Bit Pricey
The 24-year-old has a few very relatable skin issues like dryness, breakouts every once in a while, and sensitivity. Her routine is surrounded by eight gentle products. She starts by double-cleansing. "I’m going to start with an oil cleanser because I have a lot of makeup on and I don't use makeup wipes," shared Bieber who stripped off all her makeup on camera and went through her whole routine in a “Get Ready With Me” style video, of course, she was heading to bed and not a fancy event.
Her Skin Looks Great
After cleansing with Mara Beauty Algae Enzyme Cleansing Oil that retails for about $58, she moves on to HoliFrog Tashmoo Water Lily Nourishing Milky Wash that retails for about $38. She noted that for her, foam cleansers have the potential to dry her skin out later so she always ops for a milky cleanser. Here is where things start to get just a tad bit expensive, the next step in Bieber’s routine is Biba Los Angeles Plant Stem Cell Peptide Serum. “I think it's one of the best things you can put on your skin,” shared the model noting that she massages and pats the lightweight serum into her skin.
$128 for what?
She follows up the serum with another product from Biba Los Angeles their Cream Barrier moisturizer. “Find yourself a moisturizer that helps you look like a glazed donut at the end of the day,” said Bieber as she lathered her face in the moisture-rich cream. The Biba products are $85 and $95 but Bieber swears by them and unfortunately, they aren’t the most expensive products in her lineup. Next up in the model’s nightly skincare routine is a $128 moisturizing oil.
Does She Look Like A 'Glazed Donut' now?
Furtuna Skin Due Alberi Biphase Moisturizing Oil is an extra step that Bieber likes to take because of how dry her skin can get. She left fans with one more tip, she spot treats her breakouts with a tiny amount of a prescription from her dermatologist and adds some fun to her routine but covering the treated spot with Star Face Pimple Stickers, bright yellow acne patches that retail at $14.99. “They totally help heal a pimple... and they look cute.” Lastly, she uses bareMinerals Ageless Phyto-Retinol Eye Cream dabbing it under her eyes and on her lids. She tops her routine off with Aquaphor Healing Ointment lip balm which she claims, she “legitimately cannot go to bed without.”
