Harry believes the term "mental health" should be changed to "mental fitness," which he thinks is more suitable.

The Duke of Sussex made the remarks when he attended the 14th Concordia Annual Summit in support of The Diana Award to discuss mental health and climate change.

During the conference, Harry was called onto the stage by Ojo, the CEO of The Diana Award.

Ojo introduced the prince by calling him "a passionate advocate for mental health," noting that he had told her that the phrase "mental health" needs to change.

"He actually said to me, as we came in, that actually, we should no longer talk about mental health, we should talk about mental fitness," she said. "His dedication to this cause strengthens our mission."

Royal biographer Phil Dampier told the Daily Mail that Harry "feels like a spare part and often looks unhappy when he's out with Meghan at events in California."

Dampier speculated that the duke has "reached a point where he wants more for himself" and is questioning his future now that he's 40.

He noted, "I think he's desperate to find some new meaning to his life and that seems to involve branching out on his own more. He has this few days in New York and then he's heading to London for the WellChild event with which he's been involved for years. He clearly wants to find some causes he can get involved in and give his life some purpose."

Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams also told the news outlet that Harry is searching for new roles in his life.

"What is his real role now? His achievements are undoubtedly the Invictus Games and his patronages of Wellchild, for which he is soon making a solo trip to Britain, and Sentebale, in Lesotho. All of these were operative before he married Meghan," Fitzwilliams said. "He will be attending a series of events in New York, also solo. This is clearly an attempt to boost his profile."

The expert continued, "There are his solo trips to Britain and a series of rumors he would like to spend more time there and even that he might be interested in some royal duties. These are undoubtedly exaggerated, but they highlight his increasingly awkward situation."

Concluding, Fitzwilliams said, "He has a deep rift with his family. His New York appearances may give him a brief boost."
