In the words of Maury Povich, ‘Luke, you are NOT the father!’
It’s 2021 and the world has really gone off the deep-end. So, hearing that country crooners, Maren Morris & Luke Bryan might’ve done the dirty and had a kid together, isn’t entirely unfathomable.
But with all outrageous Hollywood scandals, there’s a catch. Both country singers are married, and not to each other.
Maren is married to fellow country singer/songwriter Ryan Hurd and has been since 2018. The two welcomed their first child, a son, Hayes Andrew in 2020.

Luke has been married to Caroline Boyer since 2006 and the couple share two sons.
Maren, Ryan & Hayes are currently on a tropical vacation getting some much-needed R&R after she took home three ACM awards on Sunday, April 18th. In addition to the big wins, Maren & Ryan put on a beautiful & entrancing performance of their song, “Chasing After You” during the show.
Clearly, Maren & Ryan had A LOT to celebrate.
See the enchanting performance!

Well the R&R came to a screeching halt on Friday, April 23rd, when Maren got word that Luke was actually the father of her child.
In a since edited article, The Sun published quote, “Earlier this month the hot mama, who gave birth to her first child with husband Luke Bryan in March 2020, shared a thoughtful post about her post-baby body.”
It's ‘Ryan’ not ‘Bryan.’
While this information is COMPLETELY false, the internet went wild & Maren quickly got word of the rumor.

Maren took to her Instagram story to address the scandalous news by reposting the article and underlining the portion that reads, “Luke Bryan.” She captioned the screenshot with, “I guess cat’s outta the bag @lukebryan” with a crying laughing emoji.
Clearly Maren is unbothered by the false report & poked fun at the fact The Sun actually published an article stating she had her child with Luke Bryan.
Luke has yet to comment on the silly report, but he’s been busy recovering from Covid-19.

On April 12th, the country star took to Twitter to share his diagnosis with fans.
He wrote, “I’m sad to say I won’t be a part of tonight’s first live @AmericanIdol show. I tested positive for COVID but I’m doing well and look forward to being back at it soon.”
In an interview with People Magazine, Luke said of his COVID experience quote, “Certainly the key to feeling better for having COVID was, you know, I was very fortunate to not have a long, long set of symptoms and stuff. ... It was still quite challenging for a couple of days, but thank God for just, certainly, health.”

He continued to credit his wife for getting him back in action saying, "There were times when Caroline was nursing me back to health, so I was certainly amazed to move through that.”
Luke returned to ‘Idol’ on April 18th, after a fast recovery. We’re glad to see him back in the saddle… and not acting as the father of Maren's son.
