The hip-hop artist responded to an earlier petition from Jeannie and stated that it was "disheartening" that his ex would make such "blatant misrepresentations in her pleadings in an attempt to mislead and delude" the court.

He criticized her for divulging details about their divorce settlement, which was under seal. Jeezy stated that Jeannie had provided four unverifiable lease agreements without any proof of payment "of any amount of the four versions of the lease agreement."

Jeezy also noted that the phone number for the lessor on the lease agreement was out of reach. By the time his legal team confirmed the lease's legitimacy, Jeannie had decided to look for another property.

The 46-year-old believed his estranged wife was "attempting to get reimbursed for a status quo housing allowance that she never incurred, never needed, and never paid."

He stated that Jeannie has always wanted him to pay her $25,000 monthly, even though she has not paid a monthly rental payment since she relocated to the former shared home in California.

His attorney declared that it was unfortunate that Jeannie would make an allegation as heavy of contempt of court against Jeezy without fully disclosing that "his legal team had responded to all of her emails."

Jeezy also stated that if Jeannie had provided verifiable proof of any "monthly rental payment," he would have remitted the payment just as he did for the equity in the sale of their Georgia marital home in June.
