Dave Grohl's wife, Jordyn Blum, is reportedly considering a multimillion-dollar deal for a tell-all book after her husband revealed he fathered a child with another woman.
Blum, who has largely remained quiet, could reveal details of their marriage and her efforts to hold it together for their three daughters.
Dave Grohl's past indiscretions, including a rumored 15-year affair and jealousy over Blum's tennis coach, have further strained their relationship.
Jordyn Blum Likely To Break Her Silence On Husband's Affair With Tell-All Book
According to a report, Blum is preparing to break her silence and may be considering a lucrative deal worth millions for a tell-all book with a division of Simon & Schuster following the humiliation caused by Grohl's affair.
Insiders shared with the Daily Mail that if Blum moves forward with the offer, the book could provide an in-depth account of her efforts to keep their marriage intact for the sake of their three daughters: Violet, 18, Harper, 15, and Ophelia, 10.
"Jordyn has lots to reveal about being married to Dave," a source revealed. "If she decides to accept the offer, it will be an intimate look at her life with a rock' n' roll icon for over twenty years. She'll tell how she's been holding the marriage together for the sake of their three daughters."
Jordyn Blum 'Turned A Blind Eye' To Dave Grohl's 'Indiscretions'
Blum, who allegedly ignored her husband's actions throughout their marriage, may now be considering speaking out following his infidelity confession.
"Close friends believe she has turned a blind eye to Dave's indiscretions for a long time," a source revealed.
"Now he has humiliated her in front of the world with his baby bombshell, she can no longer hide behind the façade of a perfect marriage," the source added.
Dave Grohl Revealed He Fathered A Child Outside His 21-Year Marriage
What seemed to be a rock-solid marriage between Grohl and Blum and his reputation as the "nicest guy in rock" was shattered earlier this month when the singer disclosed that he had fathered a fourth daughter with another woman.
In a statement posted on Instagram, the Foo Fighters frontman wrote, "I've recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside my marriage. I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her."
He continued, "I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness. We're grateful for your consideration toward all the children involved, as we move forward together."
The rocker had reportedly hired a divorce attorney before making the announcement, signaling the potential end of his marriage to Blum.
Dave Grohl Accused His Wife Jordyn Blum of 'Flirting' With Her Tennis Coach
Recently, it was alleged that Grohl and Blum escalated over her "flirtatious" relationship with her married tennis coach, Christopher Crabb.
Some insiders suggested that Grohl's accusations were an attempt to deflect attention from his own affair.
"Dave Grohl has been jealous for ages about Jordyn's hot tennis coach," a source told the Daily Mail. "They've had arguments about him, and Dave thinks they've flirted. Jordyn has told him he's crazy to even think that. But Dave has persisted."
Blum has trained with Crabb for several years, sometimes up to three times a week, at his $1.4 million Tarzana home, where he coaches numerous celebrities, including Hilary Duff and Zach Braff, on his iconic blue tennis court.
Earlier this week, Blum was spotted with Crabb after a session, notably without her wedding ring.
How Dave Grohl And Jordyn Blum's Romance Started
Grohl and Blum first met in 2001 at a West Hollywood, California bar.
Reflecting on their early relationship during a 2007 Elle interview, Grohl shared, "When I first met my wife, we went out on a few dates, and I decided that I wasn't ready for a serious relationship, so I just stopped calling."
However, Grohl changed his mind a few months later and called Blum again. "She answered and said, 'Oh, I never thought I'd hear from you again,'" Grohl recalled.
After nearly two years of dating, they tied the knot on August 2, 2003, at their home in Los Angeles. The event boasted a celebrity guest list, including Clive Davis and Grohl's former Nirvana bandmate Krist Novoselic.
