Shannon Beador's ex-husband, David Beador, just got served!

The construction expert's wife, Lesley Beador, served him divorce papers amid their estrangement. The divorce filing occurs right in the middle of a temporary restraining order filed against the entrepreneur.

David Beador and Lesley Beador tied the knot in 2020, and she listed the date of their separation as September 8, 2024.

Lesley cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split and demanded primary legal and physical custody of their 3-year-old daughter, Anna Love Beador.

She also proposed David get periodic visitation and asked the court to award her spousal support while terminating David's right to receive any.

As for community property, Lesley declared, "Various community property assets, the full extent, nature, and location are currently unknown at this time."

According to In Touch, she also wants David to offset the legal fees in the case and for her maiden name to be restored to Cook.

David Responds To Lesley, Cites Inconsistencies With The Separation Date

In his response, the businessman disputed the date of their separation, according to Lesley, and listed his as September 17. David then asked the court to grant him joint legal and physical custody of their daughter, Anna Love.

The father of four then asked that Lesley be paid spousal support according to their prenuptial agreement, which provides her with $10,000 per month.

The businessman added that the payment would start September 17 and continue for half the duration of the marriage. Their prenuptial agreement was set up on October 9, 2020.

David reiterated that their prenup covers all assets and debts. He also pled that both parties be responsible for offsetting their legal fees in the divorce process.

Lesley Filed A Restraining Order Against Her Estranged Husband

The court previously granted Lesley a restraining order against her ex-husband days before she filed for divorce. Lesley noted that David had been verbally abusive and had created a toxic environment for her and her children, including two children from a previous relationship with a man named Eriks.

She claimed that Eriks had obtained a restraining order against David due to past incidents. On September 9, David barged out of the house when Eriks came to pick up their two children.

"All the children were present and witnessed [David's] behavior toward Eriks. It was very scary. I recorded this whole incident and will provide the videos to the court," claimed Lesley.

She shared that she received about "59 harassing texts from David in a row" after the incident with Eriks, telling her she was "having sex with him." She continued:

"And was accusing me of all kinds of things that could never be possible. David truly needs help. He gets in an obsessive mania state."

The mom-of-three expressed fear over David's unpredictable meltdowns, stating, "These meltdowns, when they occur, are nonstop, even when he is working, and they cause me to live in fear and to worry about the effect on the children."

Lesley Wants David To Provide Financial Security Amid Temporary Restraining Order

The Blast shared that the restraining order request was submitted on September 10, demanding David stay 100 yards away from Lesley, her children, and their two dogs.

She also requested the entrepreneur cover childcare costs and pay the mortgage and utilities for their Newport Beach home. Lesley also asked the reality star to fund her cell phone bill, pay the lease on her Mercedes Benz, and reactivate her credit cards, which had been cut off.

While Lesley's temporary restraining order has been granted, a hearing is scheduled for October 3 to decide whether it should be made permanent or continue to exist temporarily.

David explained that their marital problems started in late 2022, leading him to file for divorce three times, although all were later dismissed.

He accused his estranged wife of throwing around the word abusive whenever they had a disagreement or when he expressed his opinions. The entrepreneur revealed that he blocked Lesley's unlimited access to his credit cards, which he took just days before she served the restraining order.

He continued that Lesley randomly texted him with hopes of provoking a reaction. The construction expert recalled Lesley and Eriks allegedly recording his demands during their recent encounter.

David dismissed Lesley's claims of abuse as "pure extortion" and stated she was spinning different narratives in an attempt to sustain her extravagant lifestyle.
