Bella Thorne stunned fans with her latest bikini snaps, but something in her photos was sparking worry. Earlier this week, the 26-year-old actress shared beachy photos from her Malta vacation, showing off her swimsuit body in the sunshine while holding a cigarette. Quickly garnering comments about her smoking, Bella had fans concerned as she appeared to indulge in the cancer-causing habit — the Midnight Sun star now appears to have deleted her photos, but reposts are still available on X (formerly Twitter). When fans reacted to the snaps on The Daily Mail, many raised the alarm over the whole cigarette thing.

Bella has turned smoking into a business, although not with tobacco. Speaking as she promoted her Forbidden Flowers cannabis brand, the actress revealed that she'd started smoking weed quite young.

"My body was kind of rejecting me at this time in my life," Bella Thorne noted, adding:

"And with anxiety not being really talked about … you know, that wasn't something we ever talked about in my family. So, having none of these answers and feeling completely hopeless, weed helped me so much with that. It completely changed my life. I was coming to this point where doctors were putting me on pills, and I was so young."
