Simone Biles Is Ab-Solutely Fabulous On Miami Beach

Olympic gymnast Simone Biles and her cheese-grater six-pack are shutting down Instagram. The 24-year-old gymnastics superstar is currently soaking up the sun on a Miami vacation, with photos on her Instagram shouting out both the beach life and her romance with NFL player Jonathan Owens. On Monday, Simone's 3.9 million followers got their favorite gymnast updating with a gorgeous couples shot, but with those abs taking center stage , the comments section is now saying Owens could "wash his clothes" on the torso. Scroll for the photo, one that comes from a girl now fronting food delivery chain Uber Eats. Biles, recently making headlines for chowing down a massive sausage, bacon, egg, and jam on toast brunch and doing similar with her spaghetti dinner, was flaunting a body that many a gym goer would likely aspire to. The 30-time World and Olympic medalist was not, however, out to highlight her body, choosing instead to focus on her relationship in her caption. "With you is where I want to be," she wrote.

The gorgeous photo showed Simone and 25-year-old Owens posing amid chic, cream-cushioned and wicker seating right on the beach. Simone was resting on her boyfriend's knee, sporting a tiny blue-and-white two-piece, one that definitely showed off the muscles. Also wearing slides and shades, Simone was, with Owens, protected by awnings, with the shorefront shot also flying the flag for luxury.

Simone, whose demanding fitness routine requires the protein to back it, has been opening up on how she fuels her pint-sized body. The star is only 4'11. "I wake up so early before practice, which is at seven, so sometimes I'll grab a quick bite and sometimes I won't," she told Women's Health last year.
"I love having a Core Power Protein Shake after a workout," she added: "Usually I drink half after the first practice and half after the second practice. One of my favorite flavors at the moment is vanilla." More below.

Simone was last year snapped up by Uber Eats in an ad that saw her back-flipping her way towards cauliflower pizza. The promo also featured "Queer Eye" face Jonathan Van Ness twinning with the gymnast in a leotard. Biles, who also fronts skincare brand SKI-II and is a Nike face, is likely netting handsome profits, and she's also revealed that she orders take-out just like the rest of us. Biles has also made headlines for her steak dinners with Owens.
