Margaret Josephs underwent some plastic surgery recently.
Ahead of the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” season 11 premiere, Josephs spoke to “Hollywood Lian” about the work she had done to her face before teasing her upcoming book, “Caviar Dreams, Tuna Fish Budget,” and looking back on her battle with COVID-19.
“I got the new face and we finally did some work on the house, which everyone will get to see this season,” Josephs told the host, via YouTube, about what she and husband Joe Benigno have been up to since wrapping production on season 10 in 2019. “I’m very happy about [it].”
Margaret Josephs Did Not Get Breast Implants
While there have been reports claiming Jospehs may have gotten breast implants done as well, she denied any such thing and said that she actually went under the knife for a second time for a breast reduction and breast lift.
“I didn’t get implants. I didn’t need them because my boobs were huge to start out with,” she explained. “I got a reduction and a lift. I had to constantly tape myself into outfits so I said, ‘I need a reduction and a lift.’ He did the lift and made the boobs high and tight. He also did some work on Dolores. Dolores gives me the best doctors.”
Margaret Josephs Dishes On Her ‘Fun’ New Book
In addition to tweaking some of her features, Josephs also wrote a book.
“It’s about life lessons and business lessons,” she explained.
Because Josephs didn’t grow up privileged, she felt she had a lot to offer in terms of her life story and the way she ultimately found success as a business woman and reality star.
“I’ve made a lot of money. I’ve been successful in business. I’ve lost a lot of money… How I’ve pulled myself up by the boot straps, why I’ve done certain things, great anecdotal stories, it’s a lot of fun,” she said.
Margaret Josephs Was Diagnosed With COVID-19 In 2020
In regard to her battle with the coronavirus, Josephs said that while she and her family have since recovered from COVID-19, she’s still feeling the impact the virus had on her body.
“Even though we’re fully recovered, I feel like we’re still a little bit tired and run down,” she admitted. “We got it the week before Christmas. The first five and six days, we’re like, ‘This isn’t so bad.’ By day six, he and I… we were so tired. We got every symptom. I felt like I had a sinus infection. I actually tested negative twice before I tested positive. I got it, my mother got it, Joe got it, Lexi got it. But Joe and I got it the worst. He had a fever of 104.5. He had to go to the hospital. But we’re all much better.”
Margaret Josephs Looked Back On A Moment Shared With Joan Rivers
Also during the interview, Josephs looked back on a meeting she once had with Joan Rivers, revealing that the late comedian called her and Bengino a “class act” after they arrived to her home for a party with a hostess gift when no one else gave one.
