Diddy is desperate to be released on bail and has dropped another tempting offer to the prosecutors.

The embattled rapper, born Sean John Combs, remains in custody after his initial $50 million bail offer was rejected. He upped the deal with an agreement to limit his connection to women if released.

Diddy was arrested and indicted on Monday with three criminal counts against him. His crimes include sex trafficking and racketeering; however, he has denied all wrongdoings in the ongoing case.

According to new court documents, the Bad Boy Records founder offered to fully disclose his movement and connections to the government if released on bail.

His legal reps noted that the security company responsible for logging all visitors at his Miami Beach home would hand over the information to the government nightly.

They also claimed that Diddy would limit visitors to family, property caretakers, and friends not listed as co-conspirators in the federal indictment. The contact limitations seemed to be the legal team's way of addressing the court's concern about the rapper contacting or intimidating witnesses.

Diddy's plea for bail continued with an offer to submit to weekly drug tests. This proposal stemmed from the drug allegations in the indictment, which claimed his "Freak Off" sex parties were fueled by cocaine, ketamine, GHB, MDMA (Ecstasy), and other narcotics.

Additionally, the feds claimed they found drugs in Diddy's New York City hotel room when he was arrested on Monday. As for the $50 million financial offer, the music mogul was willing to drop the hefty sum plus the new deal to secure his bail.

Unless a judge grants him bail, Diddy will remain behind bars at MDC Brooklyn until his trial begins. He made his first court appearance at a hearing on Tuesday, where he entered a not guilty plea.

Although Diddy was willing to place his Miami Beach home and his mother's Miami residence as a $50 million collateral for his bail, prosecutors had other plans. U.S. Attorney Damian Williams labeled him a flight risk.

Despite Diddy's eligibility for bail, Williams argued that the severity of his alleged crimes overshadowed his rights. "We will be seeking detention. There is a presumption of detention in a case like this, and we think that's warranted," he explained.

He further backed their refusal for bail with the numerous weapons seized during the raids on Diddy's homes. As for concerns about the embattled rapper's safety in custody, Williams said:

"We are concerned with anyone's safety whenever they are detained prior to trial. It's part of our obligation."
