Britney Spears is proving that couples who sweat together stay together. The 39-year-old pop princess, fresh from revealing that yes, she does get “dizzy” with those skimpy spinning home dance sessions, has been busy helping out 27-year-old boyfriend Sam Asghari with his workouts. On Tuesday, the Iranian personal trainer updated his Instagram stories straight from a workout room, and he was shouting out “Toxic” singer Britney for keeping him going. Fans saw Sam’s beyond-ripped body pumping iron, seemingly, with Britney’s help. Check it out below.

It comes as Britney makes headlines for filming Sam shirtless and diving into her L.A. pool while warning the sun was about to “die” – Britney and Sam have been dating since 2016, with the singer falling head over heels as she met Asghari on the set of her “Slumber Party” music video.
Making Sam’s workout a bit of a party today, the Grammy winner was merely shouted out and not shown as Sam leaned back on a gym bench in shorts, a dark tank, and with two mammoth dumbbells.
Sam, filmed in black-and-white and possibly by mom of two Britney herself, was seen doing his reps and bulking up his biceps, also ensuring his famous girlfriend got a mention. “@britneyspears Training me for my next #superhero,” Sam wrote.
The video comes as Britney admits to having worn Sam’s brown blazer during her rare public sighting last week in Malibu. Britney hit up the Malibu Country Mart for a shopping spree, later making headlines for actually answering how she’s doing – it’s all fans want to know.
Britney, appearing in a pattern crop top as she addressed her 29.4 million Instagram followers and reassured them she’s “totally fine,” took to her caption shouting out both her boyfriend and the paparazzi. The singer wrote:
“This was me yesterday before I went to Malibu randomly in my boyfriend’s brown blazer to stay in disguise ??? … but sh-t … the paps still found me ??? !!!!”
Sam, meanwhile, has made 2021 headlines for backing Britney amid her conservatorship battle, even calling the singer’s father Jamie Spears a “dick.” More below.
