Angelina Jolie Got 'Top Plastic Surgeon' To Ensure Son Pax Had No 'Terrible Scar' After Nasty E-Bike Crash

In July, Pax Jolie-Pitt was involved in a serious e-bike accident, which reportedly caused his mother, Angelina Jolie, to seek top medical care, including a renowned plastic surgeon for a forehead injury.

Pax, who has worked on several of Jolie's projects, recently appeared in good spirits at a film premiere where he revealed his scar.

Since the e-bike accident, Angelina Jolie has reportedly gone to great lengths to ensure the safety of her kids amid her legal battle with their father, Brad Pitt.

According to sources who spoke to Daily Mail, Jolie made sure her son received top-notch medical care, including a renowned plastic surgeon who treated a significant cut on his forehead.

"Angie wanted to make sure Pax did not have a terrible scar on his face so she asked a top plastic surgeon in Los Angeles to look at him and take care of it," an insider told the news outlet.

They noted, "She is a very hands-on mother and does whatever she can for her kids. She made the call herself and was there during the consultation."

This revelation follows Pax's appearance alongside Jolie at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 8, where they attended the premiere of her movie, "Without Blood."

The 20-year-old was spotted wearing sunglasses, though a visible red scar above his left eye hinted at his recent horror bike accident. However, Pax appeared upbeat, smiling beside his glamorous mom, who stunned in a black dress and opera gloves.

After Pax's bike crash on Los Feliz Boulevard in Los Angeles in July, Jolie reportedly rushed to be with him in the hospital.

At the time, a source shared with Page Six that the 20-year-old was in "stable" condition, with his mom by his side during his recovery.

According to law enforcement, Pax collided with a stopped vehicle at a busy intersection after a traffic light turned red. The driver reportedly quickly got out to check on him, and first responders were called to the scene.

Pax, who wasn't wearing a helmet at the time, sustained a head injury and hip pain before being rushed to the hospital.

Although there were initial concerns about possible minor brain bleeding, the outlet reported that Pax was "doing better" shortly after the incident.

According to TMZ, just two months before Pax's bike accident, he crashed a Tesla vehicle he was driving into a parked truck outside RED Studios Hollywood.

While the cause of the crash was unclear, officers who arrived at the scene to assess the situation discovered that Pax was not under the influence while driving. He likely lost control or didn't see the parked vehicle, as it was close to midnight when the accident occurred.

Pax was also found not hurt, thanks to the airbag that deployed itself during the collision. However, the car wasn't so fortunate. Photos of the accident showed that the entire front of the vehicle was severely damaged beyond repair.

Following the crash, a private car reportedly picked Pax up to continue to his destination.

Pax has a history of working on his mother's projects, having contributed to "Kung Fu Panda," "Maleficent," and "First They Killed My Father."

Most recently, he served as an Assistant Director on her upcoming film "Maria."

Last week, Salma Hayek shared her admiration for Jolie's sons, Maddox and Pax, praising their professionalism on the set of "Without Blood."

The film, written and directed by Jolie, had Maddox, 23, and Pax working in the assistant director department, serving as key liaisons between the director and other crew members.

Speaking to People Magazine, Hayek, who stars in the movie, shared that she was impressed by their dedication and work ethic: "They work hard. [Angelina was] very professional with them ... She's demanding. They got the respect of the crew, and they were good with the crew, and they were very in their place."

Maddox and Pax also worked in the assistant director department on the set of Pablo Larraín's film, "Maria." In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Jolie shared that the experience was beneficial for them.

"They've done that quite a few times, and I think that's good for them. Pax tends to do stills and he gets brought in, and Pablo was wonderful and recognized that he was good at it," she said.

Jolie was also thankful to have her sons by her side as she tackled the role of opera legend Maria Callas.

"It really meant a lot that my boys were with me on 'Maria,'" she admitted. "When I would have really heavy times, they would come over and just give me a hug or a cup of tea."

She explained: "That was probably one of the more intense things was that - usually when I'm expressing that much pain, it's not in front of my children. You really try to hide from your children how much pain and sadness you carry."

"And so for them to be with you when you're expressing it at such a level, I think it was the first time they ever heard me cry like that. That's usually for the shower."
