Harris' campaign spokesperson Sarafina Chikita released a statement literally made up of track titles and lyrics from Swift's song in response to Trump's "I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT" Sunday post on Truth Social. The statement partly read:

"Donald Trump's week of whining and spouting conspiracy theories has voters on both sides of the aisle ready to Forget That He Existed. The American people want to be Out of the Woods of the chaos and division of the Trump era, leave behind the Blank Space of Trump's broken promises, and Begin Again by electing Vice President Harris to ensure America's future of opportunity is Long Lived."

Chikita continued that the voters are aware of Trump's dangerous nature and how hazardous his "Project 2025 agenda will be if he wins."

Swift Slammed The Fake AI Endorsement Circulated By Trump's Campaign

Swift's statement did not only endorse Harris/Walz, but she also used the medium to address the altered images of her, falsely suggesting that she supported Trump. The doctored images sparked outrage among Swifties, but the singer maintained an initial silence. In her Instagram post, she wrote:

"Recently I was made aware that AI of 'me' falsely endorsing Donald Trump's presidential run was posted to his site. It really conjured up my fears around AI, and the dangers of spreading misinformation."

"It brought me to the conclusion that I need to be very transparent about my actual plans for this election as a voter…" The simplest way to combat misinformation is with the truth," Swift added.

Swift's Instagram post is not the first time she has criticized the former president for his statements. She previously condemned his speech regarding protesters in 2020. The singer tweeted:
