Former Fifth Harmony member Ally Brooke took a trip down memory lane for flashback Friday.
After debuting her fierce blonde new ‘do on Thursday Ally decided a dose of some self-sabotage was necessary.
Ally posted a hilarious video of her reacting to an old clip of her dancing on live TV back in her 5H days. In the video Ally can be seen shaking her head while Gia Giudice sings her now viral TikTok song “Waking up in the morning thinking about so many things, I just wish things would get better.”

The video cuts to Ally slowly two stepping across the floor while popping her hips. The live TV clip ends with her defiantly throwing up both hands.
Over the top of the video she added text that reads “Remembering that time I thought I was killing it with my dancing in Fifth Harmony… on live TV” topped off with a nervous smile emoji.
She captioned her IG video, ‘At least I was owning it. Lmao #throwback #fail #fifthharmony.’ Hey at least she knows how to laugh at herself.

Ally isn’t the only celebrity to be absolutely mortified by some bad dance moves. Dua Lipa has also been outspoken about her early days onstage performing with two left feet. Unlike Ally’s light-hearted reaction to the clip, Dua on the other hand took her lack of dance moves to heart.
She received tons of backlash and criticism online after a slew of videos of her dancing were compiled and went viral. Over the years Dua has been very vocal about these viral videos and how she really is not a fan!
In a 2020 interview with Attitude Magazine Dua said quote, “I experienced a s*** tonne at the end of my first record, and it was definitely something that gave me anxiety and made me upset and made me feel like I wasn’t good enough and made me feel like, maybe I’m not meant to be here and on the stage.”
Dua added that people were so quick to judge her off of one performance, but the fact of the matter is that they had never been to one of her shows or seen her perform.
She also said, “For a short period of time, it messed with my mental health. You know, I’d go on stage and if somebody was filming me, in my head, I wasn’t, like, ‘Oh, they’re filming me because they want to keep it.’ I was like, ‘They’re going to film it so they can laugh at me or something.”
Well judging her performance at the 2021 Grammys, Dua has come a long way with her two left feet.
