‘RHOC’ Shannon Beador's Ex Husband Slammed With Domestic Violence Restraining Order

Shannon Beador's ex-husband, David Beador, is facing a new legal battle.

The "Real Housewives of Orange County" star's ex has been slapped with a temporary restraining order by his current wife, Lesley Beador.

This development follows the revelation that Shannon Beador secured a significant financial settlement in her 2019 divorce from David Beador, which ensured her financial stability post-split.

Lesley has taken a dramatic legal step against her estranged husband, David, by filing for a domestic violence restraining order. The request, submitted on September 10, demands David stay 100 yards away from Lesley, her children, including their 3-year-old daughter, Anna Love Beador, and their two dogs. 

The 41-year-old's petition not only seeks to secure her physical safety but also requests that David be granted only supervised visitation with their daughter.

She also requested covering childcare costs, child and spousal support, and paying the mortgage and utilities for their Newport Beach home. The court has temporarily granted the restraining order but will hold a hearing on October 3 to decide whether it should be made permanent.

Lesley's petition also outlined a need for financial security, asking the TV personality to fund her cell phone bill and the lease on her Mercedes Benz and reactivate her credit cards, which she claimed had been cut off.

In documents obtained by In Touch, Lesley cited her lack of employment income and David's control over their finances as key reasons for these demands. 

The social media influencer is intensifying her legal battle against her estranged husband, revealing disturbing details about his behavior. 

Alongside her request for a domestic violence restraining order, Lesley claims that even her ex, Eriks Pukke, has an active restraining order against David. 

Additionally, she claimed that David's erratic conduct has escalated to verbal abuse and hostility, especially in front of their children. Lesley alleged that the entrepreneur's most recent outburst occurred on September 9, when he confronted her ex-partner, Eriks, while he was picking up their kids. 

According to Lesley, David hurled "all kinds of obscenities at Eriks while he waited in his car with the window up." She noted that she has recorded this altercation and plans to present the footage in court.

The troubling behavior did not stop there; Lesley reports receiving a barrage of 59 harassing texts from David, filled with disturbing accusations and threats. She described David's actions as part of a troubling pattern of obsessive and manic behavior. 

Rather than take it lying low, David is pushing back against accusations from his estranged wife. He claims her restraining order request is retaliation for limiting her spending. 

According to David, marital issues with Lesley began in late 2022, leading him to file for divorce three times—each case later dismissed. He accused Lesley of frequently calling him abusive whenever they disagreed or when he asserted his opinions.

In his words, "Lesley routinely tells me I am abusive when I disagree with her or make my opinions known." David believes the current legal battle stems from his decision to block Lesley's unlimited access to his credit cards, which he took just days before she filed for the restraining order. 

He says Lesley often bombards him with lengthy texts in an attempt to provoke a reaction. Referring to the recent incident involving Lesley's ex, Eriks, David claims he asked her ex to leave due to the restraining order Eriks has against him.

Both Lesley and Eriks allegedly began recording David's demands, which he believes was part of a calculated plan to provoke and entrap him. He dismissed her claims of abuse as "pure extortion" and insisted she was spinning stories to sustain her lifestyle.

David seems to have a track record of costly settlements with his exes. Following a rocky 17-year marriage, David and his first ex-wife, Shannon, officially divorced in 2019.

The Blast reported that the "Real Housewives of Orange County" star walked away with a financial settlement that guaranteed a $1.4 million lump sum and $10,000 in monthly spousal support for a decade.

In addition to the $1.4 million payout meant to balance the division of assets, David also agreed to pay nearly $3,000 a month in child support and cover medical expenses for their children. 

The spousal support arrangement, scheduled to last until 2029, provided Shannon with significant financial stability. 

Just a year after finalizing his high-profile divorce settlement with Shannon, David found himself facing fatherhood once again.

While initially agreeing to provide Shannon with a huge lump sum, his life took another dramatic turn when he and his then-fiancée, Lesley, announced they were expecting their first child together.

At the time, David expressed his excitement about expanding his family, sharing, "Lesley and I are excited to be expecting." Lesley had also fueled speculation prior to the official reveal with a cheeky Instagram post featuring a baby bump and the caption, "You're just a small bump."

David Beador's hefty payouts continue to make headlines, as his current marriage to Lesley Beador appears to be heading down a similar path.
