Hanks raved about his bond with Zolciak at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards black carpet on Wednesday, September 11. He reflected on their fateful encounter on the reality TV show, declaring:

"One of the best moments of my life was meeting Kim Zolciak."

Hanks explained that the pair's relationship continued outside the program, revealing that he recently joined her and her girlfriends for dinner in Los Angeles. Although he claimed they were just friends, he seemed open to more.

The media personality confessed that he would "absolutely" move to be with the former Bravolebrity, telling Page Six, "I'm living in Nashville right now, so it's not that far [from Georgia]."

While Hanks is legally single, Zolciak, on the other hand, continues to battle her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, for a divorce. When asked about his pal's ongoing drama, the 34-year-old seemed uninterested.

Hanks noted he wasn't keeping up with that aspect of Zolciak's life but wished her "the best with that." He seemed unbothered by the TV personality's six children, pointing out he also had a child.

If the pair become romantically involved, Zolciak's kids won't be a problem for Hanks, who described himself as a "family man." Fortunately, the positive bond between them wasn't one-sided.

During a recent interview, Zolciak raved about her friendship with Hanks and dubbed him a "nice guy." She flashed a sweet smile when the paparazzi mentioned his name, seemingly confirming her previous statements about his effect on her.

The speculated romance between Zolciak and Hanks began last October during the filming of the reality TV show in Colombia. They reportedly engaged in flirtatious behavior, a connection that caught the attention of those around them.

Eyewitnesses claimed Zolciak and Hanks' playful banter was impossible to miss, and they genuinely seemed to enjoy each other's company. Many speculated that their bond would deepen during the two weeks of production.

However, Biermann argued that their marriage was irreconcilable and filed another paperwork two months later. He also asked for sole legal and physical custody of their four children. Zolciak followed in his footsteps in October with a divorce filing.

She requested primary physical and joint legal custody of their four minor kids. Zolciak's two older children — daughters Brielle and Ariana — from a previous relationship were adopted by Biermann upon marriage.
