As subtle cases of racism continue to happen in the media, it is crucial to judge the matter delicately and fairly.

Former "The Talk" show host Sharon Osbourne is allegedly set to tell all her side of the story, of the explosive racial encounter as she recently agreed to a televised interview with US TV host Bill Maher.

In March, Osbourne dramatically quitted her job after a verbal clash with her colleague and fellow presenter, Sheryl Underwood. During the argument, the 68-year-old show host came to defend her long-time friend, Piers Morgan, for his comments on Meghan Markle's suicide claim.

The on-air roar led to Osbourne's fallout from the network as the show took a month-long break to investigate the matter. Morgan also took to his Instagram page to blast the network for letting such a talented host go.

On Friday, she disclosed that she would love to reveal her side of the story, when she appears as a guest on HBO's “Real Time with Bill Maher.”

The upcoming interview will be Osbourne's first televised chat since exiting "The Talk" after 11 seasons. The scheduled interview comes after Osbourne revealed she hasn't watched the show since its return this week after the explosive on-air clash.

The British TV personality shared that while an investigation into the incident was underway, she wasn't among the show's viewers.

Some sources close to the incident informed "TMZ" that Osborne focused on other things and hasn't spoken to her co-host, Underwood, since the public spat, which was more than three weeks ago.

It is still unclear if the pair will reach out to each other in the future and sort out their differences.

When asked during the Monday show if she and Osborne would maintain a cordial relationship, Underwood said her decision would depend on how the former X Factor judge behaved with her.

Underwood said that many people have asked what her reaction would be if she ran into Osbourne.

In a moment of truth, the TV personality admitted that if Osbourne extended a warm and sincere greeting, she would do the same because they've co-hosted a show together for ten years.

She continued that it is important to stay friends with your friends while still being very conscious of the true self they’ve already shown you. The infamous incident that led to Osbourne's exit from the show started when the women argued over her stance in defending her pal, Morgan.

A Closeted Racist?

At the time, Morgan was embroiled in allegations of racism. He unceremoniously exited the UK TV show “Good Morning Britain” as co-host after his inflammatory remark about Sussex's Duchess and her tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey.

Following the public clash, Osbourne's former co-stars Julie Chen and Leah Rimini, also opened up about their experiences with racism.

They complained publicly, claiming Osbourne once referred to Chen as 'a wonton' and described Rimini as being 'ghetto.' In the midst of it all, Underwood broke down in tears and claimed she was suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) since her heated argument with Osborne.
