Dua Lipa stunned fans with her itty-bitty bikini looks as she partied with friends last month, but she also worried her Instagram followers. Sharing a massive gallery of summery snaps as she included a bathroom selfie and swimwear-clad moments with friends, the 29-year-old sparked negative remarks as her photos showed her with cigarettes — Dua, who is a known smoker, was frowned upon in the comments as fans voiced concern for her health and also for her voice. While the post earned the "Training Season" hitmaker over 4 million likes, it's now littered with comments telling her to quit the habit.

Rocking floral prints and a white miniskirt tugged down a little with her free hand, the British pop star drove fans to swipe, where she returned smiling poolside while in a plunging slip dress. Showing off a shirt and shorts look in her third photo, Dua upped the party vibes, holding a bottle of wine and a glass in her hands, plus packs of cards and a pack of Marlboro Golds.

Dua, who had made January 2024 headlines for revealing she'd stopped smoking, appeared to have gone back on her word. The singer was also spotted smoking in June as she and her boyfriend Callum Turner attended the Glastonbury Music Festival.

Further slides showed Dua partying it up in a red dress and chilling on a backyard lawn while stripped down to a cute bikini in red and white. "Never not having fun," she wrote. Gaining likes, one fan replied: "Hope she doesn't smoke too much. Will ruin her nice voice." Speaking to Seth Meyers at the start of the year, Dua confirmed that she'd quit the cancer-causing habit. "I was smoking ­cigarettes at the time... But I've stopped. I've quit, guys," she stated.

Having likely seen the Glastonbury photos and now these ones, though, fans didn't seem convinced. "We finally know which cigarettes Dua smokes, Marlboro Gold," one replied. Despite the cigarettes, the post still proved a hit, even attracting celebrity likes from actress Salma Hayek and supermodel Heidi Klum.

August marked Dua Lipa turning 29. Sharing these sunkissed snaps, the singer rocked a bikini and sheer gold shirt, posing with her celebratory balloons as she wrote: "29!!!! And life just keeps getting better thank you for all the birthday wishes!! I love you guys xxx"
