Carrie Underwood and her cheese-grater abs are getting even stronger, this as the 38-year-old seemingly sparks weight worries. The 2005 "American Idol" winner, now known as much for her power-house workout body as her power-house voice, has appeared in a new workout video posted to the Fit52 app she founded last year, with the "Southbound" singer showing off one heck of a strength session. The video comes just as Carrie winds up getting told she's looking underweight. Check it out below.

Scroll for the video and the comment. As The Blast reported three days ago, Carrie was subject to a fan comment reading: "You borderline look like you have anorexia." The remark was deleted, although it's not clear who removed it. Carrie, who may have seen it, is now showing off that she's anything but unhealthy. The mom of two's jaw-dropping abs were hidden as she trained in a tank top, but what the star has underneath the clothing was showing in other ways.

The video, coming as a card – Fit52 is based on a deck of cards – showed Carrie on a lilac mat and on her rear. The mom of two was executing flawless seated knee tucks in tight olive leggings and a dark tank, with the blonde seen keeping both feet up in the air as she delivered steely-strong reps.
"This move is a CLUB, and that means CORE! ♣️
Work the centre of your body with Seated Knee Tucks—a beginner-friendly, but big-impact move that’ll develop your core, improve balance, and build your overall strength," the caption opened.

"You’ll see these Seated Knee Tucks in the app in workouts of all levels—head to the link in our bio to start fitting fitness into your life with a free trial."
Carrie's app accompanies the March 2020 release of her "Find Your Path" diet and exercise book. See her bikini abs after the video!

Carrie made 2020 headlines for revealing a brief starvation period after her win on "Idol." Speaking to Women's Health, Carrie admitted she cut her calories to just 800 a day, also divulging that online message board trolls commenting on her weight had destroyed her confidence. Carrie was logging workout time and checking food labels. The star is now fighting fit, a "wannabe vegan," and she's admitted her biggest indulgence is watching "The Bachelor" with wine.
