Aubrey Plaza is embracing the "childless cat lady" status with Taylor Swift as she endorses Kamala Harris for President.
The actress copied Swift in posting a picture with a cat, which was a subtle jab at J.D. Vance, Donald Trump's running mate.
Plaza wasn't the only A-list star to join Swift, as iconic singer Stevie Nicks also hinted at her endorsement of Harris by sharing a "childless dog lady" photo.
Aubrey Plaza's endorsement of Kamala Harris is, however, no surprise because she openly supported President Joe Biden in the 2020 election.

Plaza has endorsed Vice President Harris as the next President of America in her latest Instagram post, which recreated music star Swift's post.
On Wednesday, Plaza shared a photo of herself with the late Grumpy cat on her lap. The image, which was from 2014, was captioned "HARRIS WALZ."
The "Parks and Recreation" star's post was more than an endorsement; it was also a jab at J.D. Vance, Donald Trump's running mate.
Vance infamously called unmarried women, especially multiple prominent Democrats like Harris, "a bunch of childless cat ladies who are miserable at their own lives."
Plaza's post was a copy of Swift's recent post, which featured a photo of the Grammy-winning singer posing with her cat. She signed the photo with "Childless Cat Lady," which was also a mocking note to Vance.
Fans Had Mixed Reactions To Aubrey Plaza's Post
Aubrey's endorsement of Harris quickly went viral and generated thousands of mixed reactions from fans.
One comment read, "I love this cat lady chain! Go Taylor and Aubrey. Cheering you on as a Canadian literally on a border ten minutes drive to US."
Fitness influencer Noel Mulkey commented, "All the trump supporters in the comments acting like they are shocked by this. A strong, smart, educated women choosing Kamala is a surprise for yall!? HOW!?? The celebrities that back Trump are Kid Rock and Hulk Hogan…. Go follow them!"
Some fans were disappointed at Plaza's decision to endorse Harris. One such comment read, "No surprise. If you had to work a 9 to 5 job like us regular folks, you'd probably make better choices in life."
Another fan wrote, "Says the millionaire who isn't phased by inflation and the cost of living whatsoever. Get a grip."

Fleetwood Mac singer Stevie Nicks seemed to join the trend by sharing a cute photo of herself holding her dog.
Although Nicks did not mention Harris, the musician hinted at her support of the Democratic candidate by crediting Swift for "eloquently" stating the importance of doing research and registering to vote.
Nicks wrote, "As my friend @taylorswift so eloquently stated, now is the time to research and choose the candidate that speaks to you and your beliefs."
She added, "Only 54 days left until the election. Make sure you are registered to vote! Your vote in this election may be one of the most important things you ever do."
Nicks then signed the photo with "Childless Dog Lady."
Aubrey Plaza Supported Joe Biden In 2020
Despite the outrage, Plaza's endorsement of Harris as the Democratic candidate is not a shock because she publicly supported Joe Biden in the 2020 election.
The "Operation Fortune" actress even posted a photo of herself with Biden to encourage fans to vote for him.
Plaza also posted a congratulatory message when Biden won the election at the time. It read, "CONGRATS JOE AND KAMALA!!!! We did it! Thank you to everyone's hard work and everyone who got out there and voted! Go Delaware! God bless America! Can't wait to be Secretary of State!"
The Actress Shared The Story Of How She Met Joe Biden At 16
During an interview with the New Yorker last year, Plaza shared how she met Biden at a youth leadership conference when she was 16.
The talented actress admitted that she had a "stare down" with the US President because she was angry that the students present weren't given the opportunity to speak.
She said, "They shuttled us from room to room, and there was a different speaker in each room, and it was all leading up to this climax where we were going to sit in the auditorium, and Joe himself was going to get up onstage and give his speech. I had a stare-down with Joe Biden from the audience, because he asked how it went, and I raised my hand immediately."
Plaza said that she shared her honest opinion about how the conference "sucks" with Biden and how the students were sidelined.
She recalled that Biden was shocked and upset by her candidness and the complaints, but they eventually reconciled when he made cameo appearances on "Parks and Recreation."
