Minutes after the debate ended, the pop star took to Instagram to not only endorse Harris and Walz, but she used the opportunity to take a dig at Trump's running mate, J.D. Vance.

"Like many of you, I watched the debate tonight. If you haven’t already, now is a great time to do your research on the issues at hand and the stances these candidates take on the topics that matter to you the most," she wrote in her lengthy Instagram caption. "As a voter, I make sure to watch and read everything I can about their proposed policies and plans for this country."

Swift acknowledged the viral AI photos of herself "falsely endorsing Donald Trump’s presidential run," which has only "conjured her fears around AI."

Following the presidential debate between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz joined MSNBC’s post-debate coverage, where he addressed Taylor Swift’s endorsement of both him and Harris.

“I am incredibly grateful, first of all, to Taylor Swift. I say that also as a cat owner — a fellow cat owner. That was eloquent and it was clear,” Walz told host Rachel Maddow, per People Magazine. “And that’s the type of courage we need in America, to stand up.”

“We’ve seen it out of those Republicans who were at the DNC, we’ve seen it out of women who would like to have their own personal lives kept personal, but are forced to go out there cause they nearly died because they can’t get abortion services in a pregnancy,” Walz continued. “And now you have somebody like Taylor Swift, coming out and making that very clear.”

Walz's comments come after Taylor Swift praised his views on topics such as the LGBTQ+ community. "I was so heartened and impressed by her selection of running mate @timwalz, who has been standing up for LGBTQ+ rights, IVF, and a woman’s right to her own body for decades," the singer wrote in her social media post on Tuesday.

Taylor Swift Takes Dig At J.D. Vance During Her Endorsement For Kamala Harris

After Swift told her fans that she will be casting her vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 Presidential Election because "she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them" and Harris is a "steady-handed, gifted leader," she revealed that she has "done her research" and "made her choice."

"Your research is all yours to do, and the choice is yours to make," the "22" singer wrote.

In true Swift fashion, she signed her statement from "Childless Cat Lady," which is a dig at Trump's running mate J.D. Vance.

Swift isn't the only celeb to fire back at Vance’s recent jab at “childless” women. Stars like Jennifer Aniston—who has been vocal about her own fertility challenges—have also stepped up to call him out.

Before Taylor Swift publicly endorsed Kamala Harris, her fan base held a virtual rally supporting the Harris campaign.

The virtual event was packed with Swiftie references and clever puns, leaving no doubt that Taylor Swift’s presence was felt, even without her being there in person.

“So here’s the deal. We’ve got 70 days until the election, and I’m just going to be blunt, it is going to be a tough fight ahead,” Senator Elizabeth Warren said during the rally. “We have lots to do, and Dang, there are only 24 hours in a day, or 144 ‘All Too Well (10 Minute Versions).'”

Representative Chris Deluzio, North Carolina Democratic Party Chair Anderson Clayton, and Representative Becca Balint, also joined the rally.
