Demi Rose Strips Down To Nothing For Self-Care

Demi Rose is enjoying self-care in her birthday suit and broadcasting it all over Instagram. The 26-year-old model and Pretty Little Thing ambassador yesterday took a break from plugging the affordable clothing brand's trendy clothes, with footage of Demi hanging around in the nude posted for her 16.2 million Instagram followers. Demi, who has been sharing her meditation and harp playing as forms of self-care, now has a new one to add to the pile. Check out the nudie action below.

Demi, who has posed nude on her front before and to reveal the non-invasive, non-surgical, and anti-cellulite treatments from London's Shane Cooper clinic, was likely posting from a location closer to her new home – Rose ditched the U.K. in July 2020 for a new life in Ibiza, Spain.

Posing with her famous apple bottom bare, but staying safe, Demi highlighted her gorgeous figure from an indoor treatment bed, lying on whites and backed by fluorescent mood lighting.

Demi, largely hiding her face, merely wrote: "Self care." The model has addressed caring for herself amid a busy career, one that now sees her both fronting PLT and boasting her own edit with the brand. Speaking of burn-out to Heat World, Demi said: "I like to make sure I have a good amount of rest whether I am traveling or working and if I don’t then I start to feel this way. Coffee helps!"

Demi may come with confidence as she poses in those skimpy outfits, but the model has had to make do with body-shamers during her London lock-down. When a troll told Demi she's gained "weight" last year, the star clapped back in an "I'm OVER IT" crop top as she fired back:

"I'm over people shaming people for how they look, I'm over people that aren't pure and transparent, I'm over lockdown...," Demi wrote. The girl who was bullied at school is having the last laugh now. More photos below.

Rose added: "I'm over not being able to connect with all my friends, I'm over a lot. But I'm not over loving as freely and as openly as I can, appreciating all that is, letting go of what doesn't serve me and having faith in all that's to come. What are you over?"
