Fore The Win: Elevate Your Game At Atomic Golf In Vegas!

Las Vegas never fails to deliver on entertainment options. Whether it’s gambling, catching a show, trying new restaurants, or shopping, there’s something for everyone visiting Sin City to enjoy.

One great option that appeals to all ages is Atomic Golf. Nestled at the North end of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip next to The Strat, the new entertainment option offers golf, games, food, drinks, and more!

Finding something unique and fun to do while visiting Vegas isn’t too difficult. If you’re looking for some fun, competitive action, Atomic Golf has what you’re looking for. 

The newer entertainment option is located next to The Strat and has been open for about six months now. A lot of thought was put into the chosen location for the golf action.

“A lot of things went into this piece of land that we thought we could be successful, kind of working on building the north side of the Strip into the Arts District and kind of connecting us with downtown Las Vegas,” Derek Austin, Director of Facilities told The Blast exclusively.

“We found ourselves with a very unique opportunity to be one of the first in this area to help the city grow and also help the way people see golf entertainment as a whole.” 

Atomic Golf has everything you need for an exciting golfing adventure. With hitting bays across four floors and everything you need for a competitive good time, many laughs are expected. And you don’t have to be a golf pro to really get into this sport. Even a beginner can have a blast.

“You don’t have to feel that overwhelmed nature of maybe going to a traditional course or driving range where you’re covering your own clubs or you’re intimidated by the people around you,” Austin said. “We do look and hone in on the golf side of things. We’re trying to grow the game just as everybody else is, so creating that experience and making it as easy as we can for somebody to come in for the first time and be able to feel less intimidated about learning or enjoying the game.” 

And it’s not just your traditional golf games. These games are tailored to video game designs that help people interact with the space and the game. 

There are tons of screens to watch sporting events in a comfortable and high-energy environment, so when it's not your turn to golf, you're still fully engaged in the experience.

Something newly added to all the fun at Atomic Golf is an impressive drone show every Thursday at 9 and 11 p.m. 

“The first couple of months that we’re doing it here, usually every couple of weeks, we mix it up depending on maybe the events that are going around in town or some of the conventions or maybe the sports that are starting up, whether it be football, basketball, etc.,” Austin said. 

“We are a partner with the Vegas Golden Knights and we actually sponsor their skating academy. So we do a lot of stuff in the drone shows with Vegas Golden Knights as we get into hockey season.” 

Even if you’ve experienced the drone show at Atomic Golf, it doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy another one since it’s always evolving and changing. The entire show lasts around 10 minutes and is something super cool to experience up close.

Atomic Golf is gearing up for some cooler temps after Vegas has experienced "one of the hottest summers" on record. Being an outdoor venue, the weather can have some say in how business comes and goes.

"Being one of the hottest summers that we've had here in Las Vegas and being an outdoor venue, it's going to shape a little bit of our operation. I think one of the strong suits that this team has here in Las Vegas is our ability to adapt to the changing markets and understand where we are location-wise," Austin said.

"I think that's kind of adapted how we've controlled a little bit of our operation and how we've debated a lot of our specials to get people into our venue. And I think we've seen a lot of success over the last two or three months changing from our original outlook into a direction that we're looking to move as we get into some of the cooler fall and winter months."

Atomic Golf is looking forward to a "very bright 2025."

A fun night out should also include some delicious food and refreshing drinks, and Atomic Golf has just that! In fact, there are bars on every floor, as well as VIP luxury suites with private access to your own personal private bar.

Local beer can be found at the bars as well as signature and classic cocktails and mocktails. The food menu includes tasty options such as burgers, flatbread, wings, ribs, tacos, and much more.
