Chris Brown is being sued by a housekeeper who claims her sister was violently attacked by the singer's dog -- so bad, she was rushed by ambulance from the star's home to a hospital, where she was forced to undergo multiple surgeries.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, two women (who are sisters) claim they were hired to perform routine cleaning services by the singer last year, and although Brown had dogs at the home, they had always been locked up in another part of the property.
On December 12, 2020, the housekeeper claims she entered the backyard to "empty a vacuum," and one of his dogs proceeded to "viciously attack" and bite her in the face.

According to the documents, the housekeeper's sister claims "The screams were so bad that it cause (her) to immediately run outside, where she found her sister covered in blood while she was screaming and crying for help."
The lawsuit claims Chris was home at the time, saying "Mr. Brown proceeded to call 911.”
The woman's sister, who filed the case in L.A. County Courts, says she observed, "the dog had viciously attacked Maria’s face around her eye, there were about 3 to 4 inches of skin missing from Maria’s left arm, and that the dog had violently bitten into Maria’s leg."

At the time, they claim it was believed the woman could die due to the massive loss of blood.
The housekeeper was allegedly taken to a local hospital by paramedics, underwent two different surgeries, and was in the hospital for multiple days. Since the incident, the woman's sister claims she "suffered severe emotional distress including PTSD, insomnia, weight loss, severe anxiety, depression, fear, extreme sadness for her sister, and panic attacks.
At this point, she says she is "reluctant to leave her home and cannot stop reliving the pain that she experienced as she watched her sister suffer through that horrendous attack that day.”

According to the lawsuit, the woman claims Chris Brown had a legal duty to "protect invitees and workers" on his property from unreasonable risk of harm.
"Mr. Brown failed to give adequate warning of the dangerous condition on his property," the suit says. Interestingly, the lawsuit mentions the specific breed of the animal (Caucasian Shepard Ovcharka) saying it this type of dog has a "history of violence and aggression toward people."
In the end, the housekeeper claims she has "suffered economic damages, including past, present and future loss of wages as well as past, present and future medical expenses in an amount to be determined at trial."
