Katy Perry has been slammed for her latest style display as she steps out in New York City. The singer, 39, turned heads this week as she modeled a teeny white crop top and flirty matching miniskirt, also taking a walk on the wild side in snakeskin boots. Flaunting her recent weight loss as she continues to promote her music comeback, Katy looked confident in her busty outfit, but fans seeing the photos didn't seem too impressed. Users seeing Katy's look on The Daily Mail took a matter of minutes to reply, with some calling her "desperate" and a popular remark dubbing the outfit "unacceptable" as "daytime" attire.

Flashing her ample cleavage in her sleeveless crop top, the "Woman's World" hitmaker also highlighted her whittled-down waist, wearing her floaty miniskirt low-slung as she brought back 2000s vibes.

Displaying her abs as she was photographed leaving her hotel on Tuesday morning, Katy upped the ante in knee-high boots, choosing a racy snakeskin print and adding pops of black and pink.

Keeping glam in shades as she wore her raven locks down, Katy added layered silver necklaces to match her hoop earrings, completing her look with a warming layer of makeup complete with a bold red lip.

One look at the comments shows an unforgiving crowd. "Middle-aged and desperate, those are teenager's clothes," one user wrote, quickly finding their comment to be the most-liked.
