Kaley Cuoco is busting out jaw-dropping workout action by her stainless steel refrigerators and in a mesh Nike Air Jordan tank and bike shorts. The 35-year-old sitcom star, a known workout queen, has been upping the sweat session action on her Instagram, with a kitchen workout this week bringing the "Big Bang Theory" star in beast mode. Posting for her 6.6 million followers and from her $12 million Hidden Hills home yesterday, Kaley showed 'em how it's done, rope-style. Check it out below.

This time solo except for trusty trainer Ryan Sorensen, Kaley posted a photo-heavy batch of images, all showing her rock-hard body being put through its paces. Kaley, in tight black bike shorts, wore a matching t-shirt, plus a loose, mesh, and Air Jordan Nike tank matching duo-toned sneakers from the sportswear giant. A resistance band looked cool, but it made it all the harder.

The girl behind Penny, who has admitted to missing group exercise classes during the global pandemic, opened with an even and solid mini squat as she pulled thin arm resistance bands. Further images brought the blonde rope training as she bulked up her biceps, with Kaley also seen indoor boxing in white gloves and finally enjoying a giggle with the man who keeps her in tip-top shape.
Clocking over a quarter of a million likes, the photos came captioned: "Mondays with @ryan_sorensen," with Kaley also thanking her photographer for the "painful pics."

Kaley's pandemic workout headlines have been anything but dull. Last year, while jumping rope 100 seconds straight and masked indoors, the star faced backlash as fans deemed the indoor mask situation unsafe.
"For everyone and their mask comments. I wear a mask when I’m in an enclosed space around others, which I was. I also wear a mask when I’m outside around others," Cuoco clapped back, adding:
"I’m protecting myself and everyone around me. That’s why I choose to wear a mask. Thanks for playing." See more photos below!

Kaley was already causing a buzz ahead of the holidays last year, with November 2020 bringing the star's new HBO Max series "The Flight Attendant."
The thriller, also featuring sister Briana, has now been renewed for a second season, although Kaley failed to win the Golden Globe or SAG Awards she was nominated for this year. "The Flight Attendant," produced by Kaley's Yes, Norman Productions company, marks her first thriller TV role since "Big Bang" made her a household name.
