Williams' 911 call revealed Quan had fallen asleep on the couch on Wednesday night and did not reach the bedroom. She noticed he remained in the same position the following day while preparing to take her son to school.
The rapper's girlfriend noted she covered him with a blanket but eventually realized that something was wrong. Williams told the 911 operator that Quan was foaming at the mouth when she turned him over.
She repeatedly stressed that she could not "feel a heartbeat" nor "see him breathing," which alarmed her enough to suggest including Quan's father in the call. However, the operator encouraged Williams to focus on helping her boyfriend and assured her the medics were on their way.
