Olivia Wilde Is NOT Living With Jason Sudeikis Despite Claiming It In Legal Documents

Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis are NOT back together and are not living under the same roof -- despite what she said in a recent restraining order filing that had many fans wondering if they had reconciled.

According to multiple reports, Olivia told a judge in Los Angeles she needed protection from an alleged stalker and included a request for protection for her children and the comedian. As we reported, in the documents, the actress said "I live with Mr. Sudeikis and our two children."

Obviously, fans went nuts considering she is currently dating Harry Styles.

Apparently, the former couple does NOT live together -- and are both currently staying in the United Kingdom while co-parenting their children.

The famous duo split in November -- and have maintained separate homes since that time. It's unclear why Olivia decided to say she lived with Jason under the same roof, but sources say she was just attempting to get protection for the family's home in Los Angeles, for the entire family.

In the legal documents, the actress even attempted to get protection for her assistant who works out of the family's home in some cases.

It should be noted, Olivia filled out the restraining order with her legal team, and Jason was not involved in the case.

As we reported, Wilde filed an emergency restraining order claiming a man targeted her home and sent threatening letters to her ex-fiance. The actress claims the person is a stalker, and she has "no relationship whatsoever with him."

In the filing, Olivia submitted a declaration that detailed the harassment she claims to have endured by this person. In one instance, she says he was able to gain access to a zoom charity event, and she was very alarmed by his behavior.

In February, the actress claims the same person approached the ex-couple's home and dropped a note which was addressed to Jason Sudeikis. In the note, the alleged stalker claimed Oliva "texted him and sought to start a new relationship with him" and that he spoke to her "secretly."

The issues continued after the famous couple claims Jason's car was keyed while parked at their property -- and they suspect the same man is responsible for the damage.

In the end, a judge signed off on the restraining order and saying the person must stay 100 yards away from Olivia, Jason, the children, and the home.
