Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis are among a long list of celebrities that recently have had to seek protection from alleged stalkers.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Wilde filed an emergency request for a restraining order against a man (we are choosing not to name him) who targeted her home and sent threatening letters to her ex-fiance Sudeikis. Olivia claims the man is a stalker and that she has "no relationship whatsoever with him." The man must stay 100 yards away from Olivia, Jason, their home and two children, and Olivia's workplace.

"I have suffered, and continue to suffer," the actress wrote in the documents about the man's alleged stalking.
Olivia submitted a declaration that detailed the alleged harassment to the court. Included in that declaration was a claim that her alleged stalker gained access to a charity event she was attending in October 2020. She was alarmed by the man's bizarre behavior at the time. In February 2021, the alleged stalker made calls to her talent agency, claiming to be her boyfriend. Due to his alleged aggressive manner and false claims, Olivia's talent agency has blocked him from contacting them.
The declaration also said that the alleged stalker approached Wilde's residence with a note addressed to Sudeikis on February 19, 2021. In the note, the alleged stalker claims Olivia "texted him and sought to start a new relationship with him" and that he spoke to her "secretly" nearly every day from mid-October to January. The note also said that "Harry Styles got credit for what I was doing."

The alleged harassment continued, and Sudeikis' car was keyed at Wilde's residence in March. Olivia is not certain it was the same man, but she suspects it to be the alleged stalker. The alleged stalker showed up at the actress's home a second time, and he was seen on her security camera trespassing on her property to deliver yet another note to the mailbox attached to her home near the front door. The note claims Olivia pursued a "love-level" relationship with him and that the alleged stalker was "struggling to stay sane whilst being hidden."

Olivia says she's scared by the fact that her stalker was able to locate her residence. "I do not know how long [the alleged stalker] has been stalking me, but the fact that he falsely believes that he is in a relationship with me scares me and causes me emotional distress," she wrote. "[Olivia] fears that absent a restraining order, [the alleged stalker] will continue to attempt to contact me and my family, come to my home and attempt further harm."
