Odell Beckham Jr. Was Confused After Tyreek Hill Was Arrested

Odell Beckham Jr., who is also on the Dolphins, found himself right in the middle of the Tyreek Hill drama on Sunday morning and, like everyone else, he was left asking, "What the f-ck happened?"

In a video obtained by TMZ Sports, fans can see Hill—handcuffed while on the ground by cops just outside Hard Rock Stadium—while OBJ stood just a few feet away, clearly trying to make sense of the situation and even stepping in to help out.

He was later spotted chatting with defensive lineman Calais Campbell at the scene when he finally asked what all the commotion was about.

Campbell and another bystander seemed to explain it was all about speeding, and that’s when Beckham said, “Ask them if they know what a 720S is. The b-tch go fast.”

Tyreek Hill's Agent Speaks Out

Later in the video, Hill’s agent, Drew Rosenhaus, can be seen stepping in, doing his best to smooth things over with the authorities.

The situation was resolved, and Hill was released from custody.

Just before kickoff, Rosenhaus spoke to reporters to talk about what he knows thus far. "We're going to look into that more after the game," he said. "Tyreek's okay, very upset, but he's okay."

"He supports police officers, he wants to be a police officer, but in this instance, he was treated very badly," Rosenhaus added.

Several teammates saw the incident and stopped to offer support. Tyreek and all other players involved have safely arrived to the stadium and will be available for today’s game.”

He went on to catch an 80-yard touchdown pass that helped lead the Dolphins to a 20-17 victory over the Jaguars.

Tyreek Hill Breaks His Silence Following Arrest

After the game, of course, reporters asked the star wide receiver if he had any thoughts regarding the incident that occurred just hours before kickoff.

“I don’t want to bring race into it, but sometimes it gets kind of iffy when you do,” he said in a post-game press conference, per NBC News. “What if I wasn’t Tyreek Hill? Lord knows what that guy or guys would have done. I was just making sure that I was doing what my uncle always told me to do whenever you’re in a situation like that: ‘Just listen, put your hands on the steering wheel and just listen.’”

Hill later expressed his gratitude for the teammates who stood by him during the tense moments of his detainment. Their support meant a lot, and he made sure to acknowledge their solidarity while the situation unfolded.
