Dr. Dre's Ex-Wife Scores Huge Legal Victory, Alleged Mistresses Forced To Testify In Divorce

Dr. Dre's ex-wife scored a major legal victory after a judge in their divorce ordered the legendary rapper's alleged mistresses to testify in the case.
According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Nicole Young was given the green light to grill each of the women about details involving their relationship with Dr. Dre. As you know, Nicole served deposition notices to Crystal Rogers, Kili Anderson, and Jillian Spears -- who she claims might have had affairs with the rapper while the couple was married.

According to the court's order, the divorce judge says the three women "may have information relevant to the issue of temporary support and fees as well as the bifurcated trial on the validly and enforceability of the alleged pre-marital agreement.”
As we reported, the woman put up a fight, trying to get out of testifying in the case.
The judge is limiting the interviews to 2-hours each, and it is anticipated that the depositions will be held on the same date. Nicole's powerhouse attorney, Samantha Spector, not only won the right to question the women -- but, each of them was ordered to pay $2,500 in sanctions after saying the resistance to the deposition was "without substantiation."

It should be noted, the judge is limiting the scope of questioning of the women to be "narrowly tailored to the discrete subject matters like the validity of the pre-marital agreement." In other words, we are guessing there will be quite a few objections during the depositions!
In a previous filing, the woman's attorney argued they shouldn't have to testify, claiming, “Any extramarital affair would be irrelevant because California is a no-fault divorce state and in a pleading or proceeding for dissolution of marriage or legal separation of the parties … evidence of specific acts of misconduct is improper and inadmissible.”

In the request, Young wanted to grill each of the women about Dre allegedly purchasing them any property during the marriage, or if he used the community property to buy them gifts like jewelry.
Nicole Young was also giving permission, in the new ruling, to enter the couple's marital home to collect her personal items.
Dr. Dre's wife requested to "inspect and copy personal records, documents, computer and electronic files, video and audio recordings, and any and all contents relevant to the issues" in the divorce.
As we reported, this divorce has turned very nasty after she accused him of domestic violence, and he claimed she made it up for financial gain.
