Christina Hall (née Haack) and Josh Hall's divorce continues to heat up, with the former cop replying to the reality star's accusations.
The HGTV star's estranged husband has accused her of cutting him off financially and attempting to kick him out of employment.
Josh Hall's recent accusations come after he agreed to return a lump sum Christina Haack accused him of taking from her business.
Accusations Are Flying Left And Right In Josh Hall And Christina Haack's Divorce
The estranged couple is back at it again, and this time, Josh is accusing his former partner of restricting him from using their joint credit card and going the extra mile to attempt to kick him off their upcoming HGTV show.
Josh reportedly made these claims in response to Haack's recent weighty accusations in their ongoing divorce battle.
Josh continued that his estranged wife made "misrepresentations" in court. He also agreed to return the $35,000 Haack accused him of taking from her rental property business to his personal account.
Haack's accusation came a few weeks after they filed for divorce on July 16. They listed their date of separation as July, and Josh demanded the court award his spousal support and terminate Haack's right to receive any from him.
Haack declared in her documents that Josh did not need the money he diverted, a claim to which the estranged husband responded in his own declaration filed on August 29.
According to In Touch, the 43-year-old told the court he was willing to return the $35,00 to Christina, noting that it was "less the amount I have paid in expenses."

The star clarified that Haack bought a home in Franklin, Tennessee, before their marriage and then bought one more in Nashville, Tennessee, during their marriage.
The 43-year-old continued that they jointly purchased three homes in Nashville as "flip" projects, which were used as short-term rental properties.
He stated that he has "historically been responsible for managing both properties," and his estranged wife gave him complete access to the facilities.
Josh shared that he created an LLC to help manage the rental properties and direct all of the rental income from the properties to the LLC's bank account.
However, Josh confessed that he contacted the property manager and requested that the June income be deposited into a separate account in his name.
Josh Claimed He Needed The Money For Property Expenses

The 43-year-old mentioned that he demanded the money to offset ongoing expenses and responsibilities connected to the properties in his car. Josh explained:
"This is necessary so that the properties can continue to be rented out to the guests who have often booked months in advance. Although the property manager handles the day-to-day management of Parker Branch and 700 1st, there are regular and ongoing expenses and obligations that only I am responsible for, which Christina has never managed."
He further shared thathepays the housekeepers after each guest departs. He also communicates with and pays various internet service vendors, window cleaners, pool technicians, and animal caretakers for the daily caretaking of various animals on their ranch.
"All of the service providers have only ever worked with and communicated with me, never with Christina. I also purchase and restock supplies inthe home," Josh explained.
He described the business as a 24-acre property that requires significant maintenance and upkeep, which he has always handled.
"I travel from California to visit the Tennessee properties at least once each month to ensure all maintenance is handled. For over two years, I have always been responsible for paying all of these expenses from the LLC account," which he now claims Haack revoked his access to.

Back in August, The Blast reported that Josh vacated the couple's Newport Beach home less than three weeks after he filed for divorce from the reality star.
He was spotted packing his personal effects, including his vintage car fleet. The $12 million property was reportedly purchased in May 2022, seven months after their wedding in 2021.
Before moving to the Newport home with Josh, Hacck reportedly owned a $11.5 million Dana Point estate, which she had put on the market.
The HGTV star also owns homes in Southern California and Tennessee, where she films her spinoff series "Christina in the Country."
Josh Hall Was Reportedly Shocked By Christina Haack's Divorce
Despite ongoing issues in the marriage before the divorce, sources close to the former cop revealed that he was blindsided by Haack's sudden decision to dissolve the union.
The star was convinced they were in a good place after they appeared on many television collaborations showcasing a strong partnership. He later took to Instagram to express his feelings about the situation. Josh noted that he did not end their union.
He also declared his intention not to engage in public exchange over the issue and requested full privacy to deal with his problem at his own pace.
Josh announced that the process would be managed by their respective legal representatives and added, "Those who know each of us know who we are."
