Amy Slaton is standing ten toes down on her "camel bite" claim and will not be silenced!
The "1000-Lb Sisters" star's legal team is insisting that she was indeed bitten by an animal during her chaotic visit to the safari zoo.
Amy Slaton's lawyer's stance is in response to the zoo owner's claim that he was doubtful about the reality star's report of her wound being caused by a camel attack as she toured the facility.
Amy Slaton Is Standing By Her Account Of Events
The 36-year-old reiterated her claim through her lawyer, Taylor Hughes, that that camel genuinely bit her at the Tenessee Safari Zoo.
Hughes's statement came after Jon Conley, a co-owner of the Safari Zoo, questioned Slaton's story, claiming that no camel was capable of inflicting such a wound on any human.
Concerning Slaton's other case about her arrest on the same day of the bite for alleged possession of drugs and child endangerment. TMZ reported that Hughes confirmed to the press that there were no updates to share on the ongoing case.
The same also goes for updates on her children, Glenn and Gage, who, according to the last information, are staying with a family member pending the completion of the investigation.
Slaton Was Picked Up By The Cops After Her Bite Incident
The reality star was booked in Tennessee on Labor Day after a zoo employee informed local authorities that a guest had been bitten by one of the camels in the Alamo facility.
Slaton was reportedly taken away on a stretcher, and The Blast reported that things escalated when the police discovered psychedelic mushrooms and marijuana in her car, alongside her two children inside the vehicle.
The Crockett County Sheriff's Department announced her arrest in a Facebook post. Slaton was reportedly arrested alongside a man named Brian Scott Lovvom at the Safari Park.
Local authorities claimed that a strong odor from Slaton's car caught their attention upon their arrival, and a further search was made. The duo were taken in on multiple charges of illegal possession of Schedule I, illegal possession of Schedule IV, and two counts of child endangerment.

However, despite her arrest, the police stated that her case was still under close investigation, and she has not been found guilty of any crime.
The Crockett County Sheriff's Department declared that the "charges and allegations referenced" in her arrest statement were "merely accusations of criminal conduct and not evidence."
The local authorities emphasized that Slaton remained innocent unless and until found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and convicted through due process.
According to their statement, the chances of Slaton walking away a free woman remain high if there is tangible evidence of her innocence.

Eyewitnesses spotted Slaton and Scott walking out of the facility together. The reality star reportedly had a tourniquet below her elbow.
The duo were released on a $10,000 bail and avoided the press as they rushed into a waiting vehicle in the viral video shared on Facebook.

The Blast gathered that authorities contacted the Department of Human Services immediately after slapping Slaton with the child endangerment charges.
As a result of the charges, the Sheriff's Department declared that her sons were safe "in the custody of a family member." Sources close to the incident claimed that the kids are now with Tammy until Slaton is convicted or the charges are dropped.
The spokesman continued, "The DHS will continue its investigation alongside Crockett County Sheriff's Department." The Slaton sisters are no strangers to drug possession charges, as Tammy was also arrested for possession of drugs eleven months ago when local authorities raided her home following an anonymous tip.
