NFL star Travis Kelce will light up the screen in a new Pepsi TV commercial inspired by the upcoming Paramount movie "Gladiator II."

In a nod to the brand’s iconic 2004 "Gladiator"-themed ad featuring celebrities like Beyoncé, Britney Spears, Megan Thee Stallion, Pink, and Enrique Iglesias, and football stars such as Josh Allen, Justin Jefferson, Derrick Henry, Pepsi is revamping the concept with a blockbuster twist.

Before the 2024-2025 NFL season kicks off, Travis Kelce sat down to discuss his latest endorsements, including his role in the new Pepsi ad.

In a pre-recorded interview that aired on "CBS Mornings" on Thursday, Travis Kelce admitted he’s perfectly fine with being called 'Taylor Swift's boyfriend' and the intense media spotlight that comes with their new relationship.

"It comes with the territory of wanting to do fun activities like this and signing up for cool sponsorships like this and endorsements," he said during the "CBS Mornings" interview, which was filmed from the set of his Pepsi commercial.

The ad kicks off with Lamorne Morris and Jake Lacy peering into a can of Pepsi Zero Sugar, which magically transforms into a Colosseum. Empress Megan Thee Stallion takes charge, commanding the NFL players as they compete for her favor and a refreshing sip of Pepsi, marking the moment to officially "Let Gameday Begin!" as the Colosseum morphs into an NFL stadium.

“I’m honored to follow in the footsteps of the legends who appeared in this Gladiator campaign 20 years ago and proud to have carved my own new legacy,” Megan Thee Stallion said in a statement, per The Hollywood Reporter.

'Make Your Gameday Epic' Campaign

Megan Thee Stallion will debut a new gameday anthem as part of the campaign’s soundtrack, featuring the iconic "boom, boom, clap" from Queen’s ‘We Will Rock You’ as a backdrop to her lyrics.

Ridley Scott Associates and Paramount Brand Studio bring the "Make Your Gameday Epic" campaign to life, with Jake Scott at the helm as director.

"Gladiator II" stars Pedro PascalPaul Mescal, Denzel Washington, Joseph Quinn, and Connie Nielsen.

Jason and Travis Kelce are cashing in with a new deal that's taking their hit "New Heights" podcast to, well, new heights.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end and the recently retired Philadelphia Eagles center have struck a massive three-year agreement with Amazon’s Wondery, reportedly worth over $100 million, according to insiders.

“We couldn’t be more excited to team up with Wondery for the next phase of ‘New Heights,’” the Kelce brothers said in a statement, per Variety. “We love this show, and the fanbase that has grown with us over the last two seasons."

"Wondery understands the shared vision and will offer a wealth of experience and resources to take us to ‘New Heights’!" the Kelce brothers added. "We are going to create some groundbreaking moments together through this partnership. We are thrilled to start Season 3 — see you soon, 92%ers!”

Another project Travis Kelce recently announced is his cereal mash-up with his brother. The new product combines three childhood classics: Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Lucky Charms, and Reese's Puffs.

“I’ve said that I’d eat a whole box of Reese’s Puffs cereal in one sitting, and while I stand by that, our creation might just be the new MVP of the cereal aisle,” Travis said in a statement provided to The New York Post. “We’d go through two to three boxes of our favorite cereals a week when we were growing up, so being able to team up with General Mills now is a full circle moment for us.”

"It wasn’t just about mixing cereals; it was about creating a breakfast experience that fans will love. “I take my cereal game seriously, and thank goodness, because Cereal Training Camp was no joke,” Jason added. “The only thing Travis and I know more about than football is cereal — so we’re honored to take home the victory and consider ourselves officially inducted into cereal culture with Kelce Mix."

After the cereal was announced, Jason expressed his excitement in an Instagram post, writing, "7 months ago, we ranked our favorite cereals on our podcast. And now we’re mixing our top 3 together - The KELCE MIX!"

"This is so full circle for us, growing up mixing cereal together at the breakfast table as kids!"he added. "We can’t wait for you to clear the shelves late September!"
