Biermann is ready to sell the family's Georgia mansion, but his estranged wife is standing in the way. He is accusing her of rejecting reasonable offers while their home teeters on the edge of foreclosure.

The former linebacker claims Zolciak is dismissing a $3.5 million offer for the property, insisting she will not accept anything below $3.85 million, despite their financial troubles.

Biermann and Zolciak had already lowered the asking price to $3.95 million, but with no takers and foreclosure looming next month, the athlete says her refusal to budge could cost them everything.

With time running out and the home at risk, Biermann has filed for an emergency hearing, asking the court to give him full control over the sale.

Biermann is also firing back at the mother-of-six over her lavish spending habits as they face foreclosure on their Georgia mansion.

The former Atlanta Falcons player revealed that they are drowning in debt, with a $1.32 million IRS lien, a $2.2 million mortgage, and an additional $250,000 home equity line of credit. On top of that, they are facing three attorney liens, pushing their financial situation to the brink.

Despite the mounting debt, Biermann claims Zolciak continues to indulge in a lavish lifestyle—purchasing $400 bottles of wine by the case, splurging on clothes, plastic surgery, and online gambling while frequently going out on the town.

The Estranged Couple Faced Foreclosure Since April

The foreclosure on Zolciak and Biermann's Georgia mansion had been brewing for months, culminating in a legal showdown earlier this year.

Back in April, The Blast reported that despite the couple's desperate attempts to sell their home, legal documents revealed that they might lose ownership before finding a buyer.

The drama surrounding the mansion had been ongoing since 2023, with the price slashed repeatedly—down to $4.5 million as of April. By January 2024, Truist Bank made it clear that they intended to reclaim the property.

In court filings, the bank's attorneys confirmed plans to initiate a non-judicial foreclosure as early as May 3, giving the estranged couple just days to respond before their fight with the bank over their mounting debts officially began.

Though the foreclosure did not mean Zolciak and Biermann would be immediately forced out, it marked the start of a high-stakes legal battle.

Months before the foreclosure date was finalized, Truist Bank made its move to claim ownership of the former couple's home. The bank accused Zolciak and Biermann of missing mortgage payments and argued that foreclosing on the property was the only way to recoup their losses.

Despite their messy divorce, Truist Bank maintained that the separation did not prevent them from enforcing their foreclosure rights. The issue first surfaced in October 2023, but Zolciak and Biermann managed to delay the process by promising to sell the mansion and settle their debts.

However, when they failed to follow through on their plan, it set the stage for the bank to take control of the property and move forward with the sale

Following the announcement of their foreclosure date, Zolciak and Biermann hit another milestone in their drawn-out divorce saga. The former couple is finally scheduled to appear in Fulton County Superior Court on November 5 and 6 to finalize their separation.

As The Blast reported, the divorce journey officially began in May, but it faced delays after initial paperwork was dismissed in September amid rumors of a reconciliation.

Zolciak reportedly told the court that they were still living together under the same roof. Despite this, Biermann filed again two months later, declaring their relationship "irretrievably broken" and seeking sole custody of their four children.

In response, the 46-year-old filed her own request, asking for primary physical and joint legal custody. The upcoming court date is expected to bring closure to their highly publicized split.

With legal battles over both their home and their divorce looming, the former couple's future remains uncertain as they head into court, hoping to resolve their disputes once and for all.
