Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson has never skipped a leg day in his entire life!
The massive actor shared a progress pic on Wednesday as he continues to prep for the highly anticipated film, "Black Adam." The Rock posed in his home gym in an incredibly sweaty long sleeve shirt while holding a giant chain (what a bada**). Although the shirt fully covered Johnson's upper half, his short shorts left his giant thigh muscles exposed... he is going for the opposite of thigh gap! See the pic below!

Dwayne announced that production is starting this week in the caption of his post. "Black Adam ready⚡️⛓ It’s always the work we quietly put in when no one is watching that changes the game," he wrote. "Grateful for the grind. (and the face of my Warrior Spirit always watching my back ????)"
The ripped star has been documenting his midnight workouts for the last few months as he prepares to play Black Adam, the DC Comics anti-hero. The animated teaser that DC Comics released doesn't do the actor's amazing physique justice, but even Johnson admitted that what he does comes at a price.

Dwayne previously revealed that he is experimenting with alternative forms of medicine to help his body recover from the intense workout sessions. He shared pictures of himself getting acupuncture (a process that involves dozens of needles) and his cupping marks.
"Always looking for new techniques to keep this 250million year old dinosaur ? body balanced and optimal with not only all my past injuries but my daily grinding family/work/training/repeat schedule," he wrote on social media last month.
The former WWE star revealed his long list of past injuries a few days prior to his cupping treatment.

As you may recall, Dwayne put his body through the works during his time with the WWE and his days as a defensive tackle at the University of Miami. He's racked up an impressive list of injuries that could make anyone feel phantom pains.
"-4 knee surgeries -Torn quadricep off my pelvis -Torn adductor off my pelvis -Triple hernia surgery -Ruptured Achilles’ tendon -Completely shoulder reconstruction -3 low back disc herniations -2 low back disc ruptures," The Rock listed.
"It’s the daily reminder that we only have one body and we gotta take care of it..." he said at the time.
