Kate Beckinsale shocked fans last weekend as she slipped her super-slim frame into a glam red carpet look. Joining the list of stars attending this year's amfAR Gala Venezia 2024, the Pearl Harbor star went leggy in a complicated, glitter-adored dress worn with sparkly underwear shorts, but fans seeing the photos weren't sending her much love. Kate has already made weight loss headlines this year and explained the reason for her changing appearance, but those seeing The Daily Mail's photos didn't appear to have read her social media messages. Kate was told she looked like a "different person" by many users, with a popular comment even saying that she looked "really unhappy."

Channeling girly vibes from tulle fabrics that fell to the floor, Kate kept dressy via her peach-colored skirt, one matching wispy leaf embellishments on her top. Meanwhile, a bedazzled finish to the actress' hot pants added some pizzazz.

Kate didn't stop there, though. Seemingly out to make a headline with her outfit, the British beauty rocked perspex platform heels as she towered in her leg-flaunting look, one completed via a purse and drop earrings. Wearing plenty of glowing makeup, Kate kept summer alive in September, wearing her hair in a chignon bun with some loose strands. Fans on The Daily Mail couldn't believe what they were seeing.

Kate Beckinsale began sparking weight loss comments on her Instagram earlier this year. Fans accused her of using Ozempic and shedding weight for vanity reasons, but the actress has shut everything down. After a user told her to do some squats, Kate replied:

"No, actually, I watched my stepfather die quite shockingly, my mother has stage 4 cancer and I lost a lot of eight from stress and grief... Quite quickly and then I was in a hospital for six weeks because the grief had burned a hole in my esophagus, which made me vomit copious amounts of blood, and I found eating very hard..."
