Tamra Judge revealed that after listing her Coto De Caza home from $3.3 million last summer, her former "Real Housewives of Orange County" cast mate and longtime friend, Vicki Gunvalson, has sold the home and purchased another home nearby.
While appearing on the April 3 episode of "Jeff Lewis Live," Judge was asked by host Jeff Lewis why Gunvalson didn't hire her to sell her house.
“She already had her real estate agent she’s used for years," Judge explained, denied there was any sort of snub.
Tamra Judge Wouldn't Want To Sell A Home For Vicki Gunvalson
"And to be quite honest, I wouldn’t want to work for her. Vicki has really high expectations and it’s just better being friends," Judge continued.
According to Judge, who has had her real estate license for several years, Gunvalson didn't get what she was asking for her home. Instead, she allegedly settled for $3 million, which was $300,000 below her asking price.
"She had to go under her original number. I think she was at $3.3 or something like that," Judge shared.
Vicki Gunvalson Hasn't Yet Moved
"She’s leasing back for, I think, two months," Judge revealed after Lewis asked her if Gunvalson had already moved.
While Gunvalson has yet to vacate her home, she decided to remain in Coto De Caza as she purchased her new home.
"She bought a house already. She bought a house in Coto. She was all over the place. She said Newport, then Dana Point, then all these places, and then she calls me and says, ‘I just bought a house in Coto.’ She downsized, bought a house in Coto and then she’s got her house in Mexico,” Judge explained.
Vicki Gunvalson Is Ready To Move On
Last month, Gunvalson spoke out about the sale of her longtime home in Coto De Caza in an Instagram post, revealing that she had made the decision to downsize from the 5,800-square-foot home.
"I knew one day would come that I would decide to downsize when 'I got older' and that time has come. I will be 59 at the end of this month and this 5800 sq ft home with all the incredible memories is days away from being sold," she wrote.
Vicki Gunvalson Shares Her Mexico Condo With Steve Lodge
"Now that I have Puerto Vallarta as my 2nd home, my daughters new place back in the Midwest, it’s time for a 'lock and go' home with no maintenance," Gunvalson added.
In response, Judge wrote, in a comment, "You got this! Change is hard but good"
Gunvalson purchased a condo in Mexico with fiance Steve Lodge last year.
The 16th season of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" has not yet begun filming it's new episodes, nor has its cast been announced by Bravo.
