Tamra Judge opened up about her life post-Bravo during an appearance on Jeff Lewis's Radio Andy show, "Jeff Lewis Live," on April 3.

Over a year after confirming she would not be participating in the 15th season of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" after being offered a part-time position on the show, Judge  spoke about her career in real estate.

“I’ve had my real estate license for 16 years. I am [practicing] now," Judge, who appeared on "RHOC" for 12 years, confirmed during the episode.

According to Judge, she has a lot going on right now with her real estate career and has no plans to slow down when it comes to the properties she'll be coming in contact with.

Judge also said that because she knew that she wouldn't be featured on "The Real Housewives of Orange County" forever, she made a point to continuously renew her real estate license throughout her reality career.

"I have one listing right now and I have one buyer I’m working with. It’s always on the back burner," she explained.

"It’s one of those things where if the show didn’t work out, if the CBD business didn’t work out, if CUT Fitness doesn’t work out, I always have real estate," Judge continued. "You can always make good money in real estate so I’ve always kept my license active."

Not only has Judge been renewing her license, she's also been continuing to study real estate.

"Every four years I do the continuing education. I have a listing going up on Tuesday or Wednesday and I have a couple of buyers I’m working with," she shared.

"The market is so hot right now, especially if you want to sell," she then noted. People are getting way above asking price. We’ve even thought about listing our own house and I’m like, ‘I can’t move again.’”

While Judge was smart and made sure that she would continue to see success in her life post-"Real Housewives," many housewives have failed to do such thing, which is likely quite hard when their time on the show comes to an end.

"If you don’t have a career, it’s hard to go, ‘Well, I’m going to go work at Nordstrom,'” Judge noted.

Although Judge has been open with the fact that she missed being a part of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" amid its 15th season last year, she told Lewis that she's getting used to life away from the Bravo cameras over a year after her departure.

“I’m getting used to it. It’s been a year now. It stung in the beginning. It’s like getting kicked out of the popular club. But life goes on,” she shared.

"RHOC" season 16 is expected to go into production in the coming months.
