Marilyn Manson refuses to go down as an alleged abuser and has appealed the dismissal of his defamation lawsuit.

The rock musician, born Brian Hugh Warner, recently filed new claims against his ex-fiancée Evan Rachel Wood. He claimed she and her co-conspirator, Illma Gore, forged an FBI letter to smear his good image.

Evan Rachel Wood accused Marilyn Manson of sexual abuse, among other scathing allegations, including influencing a suicide attempt. However, he sued her in 2022 for slander and emotional distress.

In new legal documents, Manson slammed Wood for forging a fake letter from a real FBI agent. He claimed the document made it look like he was under federal investigation and his "victims" were in danger.

Manson argued the allegedly forged letter proved Wood and her co-conspirator Gore orchestrated false sexual abuse accusations against him. He noted the women's actions were a malicious smear campaign and painted himself as the victim.

The embattled rockstar included the FBI letter in the court documents obtained by TMZ, stressing that Wood had filed a declaration stating she did not forge the letter, but she did not deny that it was a forgery.

Manson alleged that Wood spread false narratives about him by digging up information from former employees, hacking his accounts, and creating fake emails. She also "swatted" him at his house to draw more attention to her lies.

Manson argued that his defamation lawsuit against Wood and Gore was unfairly dismissed. He claimed the lower court judge in the case did not consider all the facts, especially an alleged confession.

The 55-year-old claimed one of his accusers had recanted her false allegations of abuse, noting she felt pressured by Wood to lie. Manson sued the actress and Gore for intentional infliction of emotional distress and defamation in March 2022.

Although the initial judge dismissed his claims, Manson remains adamant that his lawsuit should never have been tossed out of court. He hopes to revive his case with his new allegations of the forged FBI letter.

Wood has been vocal about her alleged experiences in Manson's hands, with The Blast noting she attempted to end her life. In a 2022 documentary, the "True Blood" star recalled terminating a pregnancy because of her ex-fiancé.

"He flew out for the abortion. The second it was over, it was like, 'Make me dinner.' And I remember being like, 'I'm supposed to be resting — my body has gone through this trauma … there's an aftermath here.' And he didn't care," she claimed.

Wood noted the event drove her to take her own life, allegedly digging at her wrists with broken glass in the bathroom. Although she didn't die, the incident marked the beginning of a new life for the actress.

"When I woke up, I felt different. I feel like whoever I was went to sleep and didn't wake up that night, and this new version woke up and had to start rebuilding her life," she recalled.

Wood's issues with Manson allegedly influenced her decision to give up primary custody of her son. The Blast reported last May that she and her former partner, Jamie Bell, had agreed on their child's residency.

Bell received primary custody of their child in Los Angeles, while Wood was allowed to spend "one extended weekend per month" with their son. Her decision was surprising, given her stance against letting the boy live in LA.

Wood explained she was a crucial witness in Manson's criminal case, where she alleged he raped, tortured, and groomed her. She claimed investigators stressed that her family's safety was at risk and feared retribution against her son for testifying.

While Wood feared Manson would harm her son, her ex-boyfriend, on the other hand, didn't. He claimed that "Whatever fears Evan may have regarding third parties should have nothing to do with me or custody of our son."

"I do not even want to think of the short- and long-term psychological harm Evan might be inflicting upon Jack with this kind of talk and my prolonged separation from him," Bell argued.

Wood refuted his separation claims, stressing that she never stopped Bell from visiting their son but was only against them living in Los Angeles. However, she eventually caved but did not share what changed her mind.
