Brenna Swindell And Morgan Guidry Found In Oregon

Police in Klamath Falls, Oregon, reported that the two were driving through the town when officers identified their vehicle as stolen. Guidry was arrested on his outstanding warrant, while Brenna showed no signs of injury or trauma.

The Travis County Sheriff's Office is taking the lead on this case. They revealed that they had previously responded to family disturbance calls involving Brenna and Guidry on July 7. On August 20, Brenna told detectives she was ready to press charges.

Before she was found, Brenna was last seen on the night of August 22 at a bar in Spicewood, Texas, with Guidry. Days later, on August 24, her parents called for a welfare check. Deputies couldn’t find her or her vehicle at her apartment, according to TCSO.

Brenna Swindell's Ex Has Been Taken Into Custody

Brenna, a single mother of three, was last spotted at Poodies Hilltop Roadhouse, a bar in Spicewood, Texas, on Thursday, August 22. Her cell phone had been turned off, and her car was later found in Colorado. She was believed to be in the company of her ex at the time.

The Travis County Sheriff confirmed that Brenna has been found "alive and well" alongside Guidry, who has been taken into custody, per Us Weekly.

Before Guidry's arrest, an assault warrant had been issued in connection with an April 7 incident. According to court documents obtained by Fox 7, Brenna claimed Guidry attempted to strangle her and slammed her head to the floor, causing serious head injuries, including a bleeding ear.
