The SKIMS founder revealed that she took the "Baby Bar" exam multiple times and publicly shared her ups and downs. Her perseverance paid off, and in December 2021, she announced that she had passed the exam on her fourth attempt.

"Know this wasn't easy or handed to me… This was just the first one but with the harder pass rate," she wrote at the time. "I was told by top lawyers that this was a close to impossible journey and harder than the traditional law school route, but it was my only option, and it feels so, so, sooooo good."

Since then, Kim has kept a low profile regarding her legal journey, leading many to speculate that she may have given up on her dreams of following in her late father Robert Kardashian’s footsteps.

"She really struggled with the study, hated having to do the outlines and essays required to even be at a competent level, and it was going to take her a few years of study to pass the exams and a few likely fails," a source told the US Sun earlier this year. "She did some midterm exams last year, and they finished her off."

However, in June, she shared a photo of her notes on her Instagram Stories, saying, "I can't deal with all these f-cking hearsay exceptions!" She labeled this her “least favorite subject in law school," per The Mercury.
