Kim Kardashian And North West Steal The Show In Cute NYC Photos

Kim Kardashian and North West recently took New York City by storm, leaving an undeniable fashion mark.

On August 24, the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" alum posted Instagram snaps of their stylish NYC trip, and the fashion snaps were nothing short of spectacular.

The 43-year-old opted for a white dress with bold cutouts and silver detailing. This is the same dress she wore when appearing on "The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon" last week.

For the late-night show, Kim chose a white cutout Grace Ling dress, complemented by high-heeled PVC mules from Paris Texas. Her hair, styled in waves by Chris Appleton, framed her look, while makeup artist Ariel Tejada added brown eye shadow, a hint of pink blush, and a nude lip, per WWD.

North opted for a much more casual look, wearing a mesh jersey over a long-sleeve shirt. She completed her outfit with a pair of camouflage pants, sneakers, and a black Prada hat.

In another snap, Kim and North cozied up with a Pomeranian.

“You two are so beautiful inside and out” Kris Jenner commented on the Instagram post.

When on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," Kim touched on her dating life, mentioning that she’s not currently seeing anyone. However, the reality star did reveal that her children—North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm—are actively on the lookout for her next match.

“It’s so funny because my kids try to set me up,” she said, laughing. “They’re so particular. They make lists. Saint wants me to be with any basketball player or soccer player, and I’m like, ‘If you only knew.'”

Later that evening, Kim switched into a leather Miu Miu bandana top from the brand’s spring 2024 collection—a playful nod to Fallon’s parody Beats proposal featuring mustard yellow headphones. She completed the look with tan suede flares and a coordinating Hermès Birkin.

Ahead of her appearance on "Fallon," the SKIMS founder shared a video on her Instagram Stories where she couldn’t help but laugh as she "admired" Fallon’s mustard-colored Beats headphones.

"I just got this box of Beats by Jim, Jimmy Fallon," she said, with a chuckle. "Ummm what is this color? It is...I'm a little confused. Did they send me the wrong ones?"

"Okay (laughs) This is Jimmy's headphones," she said as she tried to compose herself. "Oh cute he wrote a little note."

"It said, 'So excited to share my prototype of Beats studio pro headphones collaboration and as for the color I'm delighted to introduce mustard inspired by my love for hot dogs.'" Kim then added with a sarcastic tone, "Um, I'm so proud of you Jimmy. I mean I wouldn't wear these."

Kim also made her mark on Beats with her own design—the Beats Fit Pro earbuds—crafted to match her signature color palette.

The two went head-to-head, but Kim K came out victorious.

The SKIMS founder previously discussed her efforts to provide her children with a secure environment, aiming to give them as normal a life as possible despite being in the spotlight 24/7.

“I try to have my kids be as normal as possible and live in a neighborhood where they can ride bikes to their cousins’ houses,” Kim told GQ, adding that she is fully aware of the added security in their neighborhood, which includes a gated entrance, guards who check IDs, and the family's own personal security team.

“I understand that it is not a normal life," she continued. "We’re never going to have a normal family life no matter what. As a parent, I want to protect them as much as I can.”

Earlier this year, the reality TV star shared her thoughts on parenting, revealing that her daughter, North is somewhat of a loner who "just does her own thing."

"There is so much going on in my life. I'm still in school and the businesses that I'm running ... but I will make all the time in the world to create memories with my babies and I know it'll mean the world to Saint," Kim said in a confessional on her show, "The Kardashians."

"I feel like North is like, lives her life like an only child, does her thing," she added. "Then the two little ones are a year apart so they're like twins almost and they're always together. So Saint loves the little ones, would love North if she would hang out with him, but she won't."
