Andy Cohen subtly hinted that the next season of “The Housewives of Beverly Hills,” will largely be based on Erika Jayne’s plan to divorce and current legal battles.
The TV personality disclosed to “Los Angeles Times” that the season had already began productions when Jayne filed for divorce after her husband, Thomas Girardi was accused of fraud.
For this reason, the new season will definitely reflect aspects of the reality star’s life, her marriage and current legal battles.
Watch out for the new season of “RHOBH.”
Erika Jayne Wanted To Continue Filming
According to Cohen, the mother-of-one was okay with continuing the show and that did not come as a shock to him.
He went on to say that the entire story was already out in the open, so there was nothing anyone could really do about it. The only thing Jayne could do at that moment, is move forward and she intends to.
Although Jayne is going through a very difficult time in her life, Cohen is convinced that she will surprise a lot of viewers very soon.
Jayne Is Prepared For The Worst
According to an undisclosed source, Jayne is prepared to face anything on “RHOBH,” and will not hold back at all.
The source mentioned that the 49-year-old will explain in detail, how she came to file for a divorce from her husband. She will also discuss the ongoing legal problems that she’s faced with and address the accusations that have been thrown her way since the beginning.
However, while she addresses this legal situation, she has limited explanations to give legally and her lawyers are helping in that aspect.
Thomas Girardi Slammed With Fraud Charges
Jayne’s husband, Girardi, is an 81-year-old ex-attorney, born in Denver, Colorado on June 3, 1939. He attended Loyola Marymount University and New York University School of Law.
In 1999, he got married to reality TV star, Jayne but she filed for a divorce in November 2020. A court placed Girardi under conservatorship in 2021 because of short-term memory loss.
Currently, Girardi is facing charges for allegedly embezzling money from his clients. This came after he was slammed with several lawsuits from the families of his affected clients. A Chicago judge then decided to freeze his accounts and assets.
Jayne’s Colleagues Were Shocked At Her Divorce Plan
Since the singer revealed that she has filed for a divorce from her husband, fans have been talking about it on social media platforms. While some believe that she did the right thing, others speculated that she was in on the alleged fraud with Girardi.
Also, some of Jayne’s co-housewives were in shock when she announced her divorce. Garcelle Beauvais disclosed on “Watch What Happens Live” that she was “blown away” when she heard the news.
The show’s new season will feature topics relating to cast members like Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne, Lisa Rinna and many more.
