Savannah Chrisley today had zero problem sharing her location at Nashville-based plastic surgeon Dr. Jacob Unger's office. The 23-year-old "Chrisley Knows Best" star, sparking Botox comments this year amid the launch of her SASSY by Savannah cosmetics brand last December, was all flawless hips and trim waist in a bathroom selfie from the doctor's today, posting for her 2.2 million Instagram followers and revealing what she gets done there. Savannah wasn't going under the knife, but the blonde does have a penchant for a little laser. Check it out below.

Savannah's photo today showed her confidently posing and in selfie mode from her doctor's bathroom. The daughter to 51-year-old Todd Chrisley was all killer waistline in skin-tight and high-waisted jeans, also wearing a cute white sweater with a yellow smiley emoji, tucking the sweater into her pants.

Placing her chic black bag on the counter and catching a perfect mirror view, the reality star sent out positive vibes, writing: "THIS BATHROOM LIGHTING. TRACY @DRJACOBUNDER OFFICE IS THE AMAZING FOR LASERS!"
A 100 emoji was even thrown in. Clinic trips have been no joke for Chrisley this past year, though. In August 2020, the blonde made headlines for undergoing her third endometriosis surgery, garnering immense praise for opening up on the painful uterine condition she was first diagnosed with aged 18.
Shortly before her September split from former NHL player Nic Kerdiles, Savannah updated writing:
"VULNERABLE MOMENT FOR MY LADIES: I haven’t talked about this much because honestly...I have struggled BIG TIME. I’m insanely self-conscious and just feel like my body has given up on me," adding:. "I was diagnosed with Endometriosis when I was 18 and it’s been quite the struggle."

Savannah is also fresh from a classy topless photo, one seeing her telling fans to quit rushing life, writing: " Don’t take shortcuts, because you’ll miss what it means to grow through what you go through ❤️."
